Outstanding Service — Above and Beyond!
I had to stop by the UPS Store on Drake Road today to get some important documents notarized and print out some pictures for a trademark filing. The woman working there went above and beyond to help me — she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was printed clearly, notarized correctly, and even helped me organize my materials. It meant so much to me, especially on a stressful day.
Thank you for the incredible service — I’ll definitely be back. Kalamazoo is lucky to have people like this working in our local businesses!

They are very helpful and friendly here. Second time I came in they already knew me and started getting my stuff I came to pick up before even getting to the counter. They also gave great advice to someone who's new to the area. I really appreciate the people here.

I watched the UPS driver for n sage st apartments pull into the complex for my delivery, park by mail box and then just take off without even getting out or even coming near my apartment. I knew it was for me because as soon as driver left from area that wasn’t my address, it updated on browser to claim it was their second attempt. I have to pay ups now to hold the package at a location because their drug induced workers are too lazy to get out of a van. Only $6 dollars but having to wait another two days because they have poor service is ridiculous. Avoid UPS, nothing but problems everytime. I’ve have to us ups 3x in last 2 years and problems over the top every single time. Not one good experience. Btw when updating delivery I couldn’t even give reference number because driver never even showed up to apartment or even the mail.

I went in to get a document notarized, the assistant manager/notary, was very helpful, friendly, talkative, and walked me through the process very carefully so I knew exactly what was happening. I was treated with respect and talked at, not talked down to.

I've been to this store once before, and everyone was super helpful and supportive, fantastic to talk to and great to work with. Went in today and quite honestly felt like I was being interrogated. Told them what was being shipped, a resin item with a liquid core, water. So you know, nothing flammable except the box, but fragile and to be handled with care, not sent via plane because I can't risk freezing. Got interrogated about what sort of resin item is it, did it have perfume or anything (after I said it was water) and generally treated like I was a small child. I did make a few smart-alec quips in response, but I never cussed or audibly questioned the intelligence of the two men working the desk. They said they had to know exactly what it was or it would get stopped at customs...when it's a ground shipment to California, which last I heard was still part of the United States. Demanding my phone number so they 'knew who they were dealing with' was also a strange one. They also tried to give me inaccurate information regarding the insurance, as I found when I read the printout I requested when paying. Not the finest hour for this store, I'm hoping to see better next time I come in. Still better than USPS, but not by much. I hope next time I get the staff I had before.

They are convenient. Always very polite. If there is an issue they suggest ways to solve it. Rarely a line more than 1 person. Generally, 3 persons to be at the counter if necessary,

Shawn was exceptional. Even though it was my first time there in 20 years, he made me feel at ease, explained everything patiently. He was so kind! He also helped me with my box dilemma, including measuring my contents to provide the best size box.
