Calling and talking to a person to this post office is all most impossible unless you have an unlimited amount of time and when you do get someone they are unable to give a informed answer to a question. My question was why was my package received at the Kalamazoo post office and than forwarded to the Coloma Post office instead of Parchment Post Office since I live in Parchment and will possibly take an extra 8 days to get here this is unacceptable that they can't determine why it was mis-routed.

I just found out this is where my mail comes from Even Though I LIVE in Kalamazoo. So far I'm NOT happy. Can't even get ahold of them by phone. The number that USPS Customer Service gave me goes STRAIGHT to Busy signal. And the number that IS listed with Google is just the main number to Customer Service. NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING MY MAIL THROUGH THIS BRANCH.

Worst service in the world. Been trying to get my packages for days now. I had 3 days to rate the clothing I bought and now I'm stuck with the clothing if it does have flaws.

Use this post office exclusively for my shipping, domestically and internationally. Not the fastest but always a pleasure. Kind, helpful and patient staff.

Average post office. Run-down that's for sure, but they do their jobs and staff and its drivers are always friendly or at least without issue.

Update your phone number. I have been jumping through hoops to try and get ahold of someone. Says wait time is an hour on the phone. Its 11 in the morning on a Monday, they are not that busy. So frustrating.
