I have not been able to get mail at my new address (moved a year ago!) since I moved. The staff are miserable and rude. Nobody in the entirety of USPS can get a package to me properly. They are useless and I've had to go to extremes to insure that I receive important documents. Everyone at USPS should be ashamed because they don't care that they have a serious issue, either.

Very unprofessional staff and we had to wait for a long time just to mail in stuff. Not to mention the mail hold orders not working as they intended.

Waited in a looong line just to asked for a change of address form. She closed down for 10 minutes, came waddling back, opened back up. Could not have cared less or even tried to be pleasant!!

Had to return a package with a QR code today. Came in and waited 30 minutes in line, frustrating but no problem. The older lady at the counter took FOREVER to help a man mailing an international package, all the while telling him the address/town name was odd and strange and complaining about international packages “not being her favorite”. Multiple people ahead of me in line left because it was taking so so long. When I got to the counter, I put my bag on the counter and showed her my QR code. The bag was not sealed, but every time I’ve had to return something and it wasn’t sealed, they just taped it for me or worst case had me buy some tape. The woman was EXTREMELY rude and said it was not sealed so there is no way she could accept it. I asked if we could just tape it or get a new package and she just said no. I don’t know if she is just old and too inept to work there anymore, but she had zero customer service and tried to shame me in front of the whole line of people. I left in frustrated tears and I hope someone in management will look into her.

This post office should be shut down they have held my package for 3 days and counting.If you can apply to have a USPS shut down then I would I recommend this one.

About the only thing this place is good for is having your mail stolen. Oh and don't forget the STELLAR customer service experience (heavy on the sarcasm). I use the automated service whenever possible just to avoid the workers.

Went in to ship back a delivery that was mailed to me accidentally, I didn't know exactly what I was doing. I told the lady that. She doesn't listen instead she yelling it's not taped it's not taped. I said yes I said that as well is there some o can use or buy. She still yelling it's not shippable. Cause it's not taped. And then says. We don't have any. so we i walked out. But while leaving the guy next is taping up his customers package. Grrrrrrrr

They don't close until 6:30 pm but will let their phone ring and ring without answering at 6pm

The delivery date does not mean a thing, I have been waiting for 14 days so far for a package from Ohio to kalamazoo mi, my package cost me 265.00 and paid the post-office 14.70 to deliver, my mail gets delivered around 9:00 - 10:00 pm this is Bull_____ what happens if my mail gets stolen from the box is the post-office going to reimburse me ...No I'm shit out of luck , if I did my job this badly I would not be employed. I have 0 faith in our postal system, who ever runs the office should be fired , it's been this way Way too long.

Told me they put a mail stop/hold, the mail was still delivered to the address.

Extremely rude workers. Expect your quick visit of returning a package to take easily 45 mins. Horrible service
