Told me i have to have a P.O. Box to get my package that was at this location. I went to 2 other USPS around my area trying to find my $1000 package and my local one told me my package was at 9th street still. When I went there earlier that morning they didn’t even attempt to try to look for it!

The carrier put my $500 package in the wrong mailbox and were never able to find it. The two laidies I spoke to on the phone were very polite but pretty much told me there was nothing they could do because the seller didn’t insure the package

I booked an appointment a week ago and they canceled it on the day of the appointment. I called to ask when can I book again and was rudely told anytime but nothing is guaranteed. Bunch of unprofessionals.

They say displeased customers are more prone to write a review. I have used this location several times in the past always amazed by the professionalism and friendliness. Today i drove 15 min past other post offices for the reason mentioned above. Was not pleased however maybe i got the wrong guy this time around unfriendly and condescending (almost can sense a racist flavor). Hard to describe, as one has to experience it but definitely cannot miss it. I am hoping it is a one off and my future visit(s) will tell. This time around I won’t get caught off guard as i assumed the best in that person s behavior.

I spent 25 minutes waiting to get a passport photo I never got because they were so poorly staffed.

I never thought I would feel strongly enough to write a review on a Post Office, but I have had nothing short of great experiences here and go to this location even if I'm driving by another. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful (which is especially appreciated as someone in their early 20's who has never needed to buy even a stamp before). The wait is almost always super short as well. Thank you guys for being the best!

All I know is that if you deliver a big food order to them, you will probably NOT get a tip. Stiffed on a huge order. Do better!

Super kind and friendly! I went in to process my application on my first passport. The gentleman at the counter greeted me and was very helpful in walking me through the process. I'm glad he explained everything and I was able to walk out with no questions.

I try to avoid going to the post office as the employees have been needlessly unfriendly if not downright rude in my experience thus far. Booked my passport appointment at this location rather than Drake road after a nasty interaction there and Jason made it such a pleasant and easy experience!! His customer service is top notch!

Refused to sell larger envelope or container after waiting in line told my problem very rude and lazy why not do what your paid tax dollars to do .

Always convenient and useful of services offered. Sometimes the lines are long and sometimes they are not, but that's a normal thing for services at every branch office. Very helpful knowledgeable clerk's working at the counters each time I go.
