I had to switch from Verizon. Phone bill was outrageous. And I was for a phone line that was froze up and was told it wasn't my fault. But to get a replacement I needed $200. I am on a fixed income and a senior. Was told I would have to add another line to have phone service. This mean I was paying for 2 phones one of them i could no longer use. I have switched phone companies now and I am saving over a $100.now .I would not recommend verizon to anyone

I had the worst customer experience ever. Walt, the manager for the day, was beyond rude and unprofessional. He literally refused to help fix my problem and walked away from our table to his locked secure room. I have never had such a poor business experience in my life. Totally degrading to the customer, You think you would be a valued customer after 6 plus years, sadly you are literally just a number here!
Some of the items they refused to help with,
1. Canceling Verizon service on a phone line.
2. Replacing 2 broken screens, that when I purchased from Verizon, were guaranteed lifetime replacement.
3. Resolving or apologizing for an issue where a Verizon representative changed 2 of my plans without asking.

Version are scam artist. They will talk you into a new phone. And then forget to enter your old phone into the system as returned so you have to pay for the new phone. Complete peices of trash

We’ve been Verizon customers for more than 19 years! Today’s visit to this store was a great experience! Jake was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s the first visit in a VERY LONG TIME that I left feeling like I had gotten great service and sound advice! We don’t live near this store at all, but I may just drive the extra mile just to get the great service! Well done!!

I had an internet gateway that I had to return. I spoke with someone on the phone but they didn't give me the correct information. I walked into this store and all of the young men in this store were extremely helpful took care of my return and got me on my way in a matter of 10 minutes! I highly recommend this location for any Verizon issues you might have!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!! Matt, the manager working today is freaking AMAZING! We were having issues trying to set my new phone up, and being there from 10am - 2pm, I never got frustrated. He was so helpful, spent that whole time on the phone with Verizons Call Center with me, worked magic and got everything going. Absolutely wonderful. I will always come back here for help, especially while he is working here. Verizon could not ask for a better manager, customer service guy, and employee!!!!! He's a keeper!!!!!!

They don’t know anything about viruses Protection on your phone, or about people stealing your identity or if your phone is being Hacked. they do know how to send you to the you break it. We fix it store and they have no idea or that anything could ever even happen like being hacked or having your identity stolen so that’s how clueless they are. Good luck going any of them stores. For any kind of software or any type of protection against any of that stuff, they know nothing about it

I wanted to take the time to appreciate the manager Walter and his representative Alex for their transparency and honesty today while helping me with my issues. I went to get a new phone as a treat to myself (after shattering my phone completely an hour prior). I just moved to the Kalamazoo area and truly their service and personable charisma was a blessing. Nothing was going right when I was trying to create a pick up order and new line online and even though these two were not able to fix the immediate problem at hand (was out of everyone’s control, and trust me they tried; I was there for a solid 2 - 2 1/2 hours) I still was able to leave with exactly what I wanted. Thank you again, Alex and Walter, for being so customer oriented even in a position where commission is crucial to your jobs. I appreciate you both so much!

I went in there earlier in the week to see how long it would take to get and set up our new phones and they told me it would be very quick, around 30 minutes. It took over 3 hours for our phones to switch over. As I looked around it kind of seemed like everyone else had been told the same thing as it was taking them longer than expected. They told us that the new phones needed to update before we could set them up which I understand but that should have been communicated before hand so we knew we were waisting a Saturday sitting in a store.
