Went the the Verizon store in portage and had a terrible experience so I decided to go to this one instead and we ended up getting to the store 30 mins before close. Needed a new phone because my girlfriend destroyed hers. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Jacob? I can't remember his name for sure but he was the most helpful guy I could have gotten. He got us all set and out the door in under 15 mins even including two hiccups in the purchase process. Most helpful person I could have ever hoped for. If you guys read your reviews take care of this guy. Jacob if you get to see this, thanks for your help we really appreciate it.

Corporate owned store!! GREAT help and very patient! I don't go anywhere else! Nick is awesome and always has the RIGHT answers!

Beware of the store and employees. They outright lie to sell anything they can and once you catch on to their lies Verizon makes it your responsibility. Going to BBB, a lawyer and will blast Verizon all over social media. Verizon are crooks and scammers

Bought a screen protector here because the sales person stated that it had a lifetime warranty and they would replace it at the store if there was any issue. Tried to collect on the warranty today and was told to go figure it out directly with the manufacturer. Would recommend others to buy their screen protector off Amazon as the quality is the same as from the verizon store at a much lower cost.

Waited in store for 20 minutes for the next people to walk in and get helped immediately. Will definitely not be switching to verizon

I had the best experience with Rico! He was so helpful and informative! I went through several agents and he was the only one to help me through my issue.Christoper was awesome too!! So grateful for knowledgeable representatives!!

Lots of new things at Verizon. Was able to trade in my phone to get a new phone for free and then get a free iPad and watch as well. They set everything up for me making sure it works correctly

Went to Verizon on Westmain on September 14 2023. Had an 11am appointment someone without an appointment hot service first. Really slow they don't work any harder than they have to

There were 15 people in the lobby at 930am so definitely try to do all your shopping online before you go like I did, otherwise, you'll be left waiting. However, if you do shop online, like I did, you are in and out lickety-split and don't have to wait in their uncomfortable chairs.

I had an appointment going in. Someone greeted me within a minute of walking in and confirmed my appointment. He let me know I was next in line. A rep found me in the store 5 minutes later and assisted me with my issue. Thankfully my phone didn't need to be replaced but he answered all my questions before I left. I was in and out of the store with a working phone 25 minutes later.

Needed assistance with getting a phone moved from a shared Apple ID to separate Apple ID’s. No change in devices or plans-phones were on separate plans, neither needed an upgrade. Just needed technical support assistance. Neil was glad to help. He solved all of our issues, walked us through everything. Great service with a thank you for choosing Verison and it was my pleasure to be of assistance.

I definitely regret switching from cricket wireless. Should have just bought a phone outright. Switched and my bills are $80 not unlimited. Before it was $35 unlimited with cricket wireless. I also get no service in places I did before. While on road trips, at local stores, at work. Paid off phone and switching back to my old carrier. Lesson learned!
