Another store didn’t fill my prescription because I was sent a notification that it was ready, but when I arrived the entire store was closed. Called customer support and they told me another store couldn’t fill it and transferred me: I was told they would be ready in 45 minutes. Drove over there and was told they couldn’t fill it because it was charged by the other store. When I asked why they told me to drive all the way across town the staff became openly rude and disrespectful.

Staff always seems to go the extra mile to help patients understand their meds. I’ve been going here for multiple years, have heard countless conversations between staff and patients, and I have yet to hear or experience a negative interaction. This team knows what they’re doing.

These people have no clue what they’re doing. They couldn’t find my prescription twice then a third person looked and found it but told me I had to come back after being there 15 minutes because they were leaving for lunch in a few minutes. What a joke.

It doesn't matter if it's a one time script or regular monthly medications, it's always an issue of some sort and they never communicate issues with me. This has nothing to do with the recent pandemic, it's been the same issue for many years. Poor performance, unacceptable customer service, nonexistent communication, and plenty of excuses.

Went for a covid test for which I had an appointment. Sat in the pharmacy drive through for a half hour with only 2 cars in front of me. Person who served me made no apology and was somewhat rude.

World's slowest pharmacy. Pester you constantly to pick up a scrip, than you wait in line for 25 minutes for a simple pickup. Happens every time. Going to a mail-in system.
