Switched to this store's pharmacy since it was closer to home, they messed up my filling my prescription 3 times in 2 months. The first time they underfilled my prescription but then fixed it the next day. The second time they underfilled it again but refused to fix it until a week had passed. And today I went to get my remaining 18 day supply to last until my other prescriptions run out, and they gave me over 2 MONTHS worth after I told them specifically I was there to just get the remaining supply that was missed on my current refill.

This store is awful. The Manager was awful too. I had nothing but attitude from the whole staff.

Drive through lines are always insane. They offer decent service IF they even have your meds in stock and there isn't more than 1 person in line.

The store is well stocked with a variety of of drug store items along with convenience items and beyond. It's clean, well lit and staffed with knowledgeable, well mannered and helpful people. Did I mention it has a pharmacy? And a drive up option! All in all it always delivers a pleasant shopping experience.

Years ago, I was a loyal customer at Walgreens. But the wait became too long for me to pickup any prescriptions so I moved to Rite Aide where there was no wait. Sadly, Rite Aide was closed and transfered my scripts back to Walgreens. My new pharmacy put in a request to transfer my prescriptions from Walgreens but did not receive a reply. I called this store today and a young gentleman in the pharmacy took my call. From the beginning of the call, he seemed to have every excuse in the book that this was a fault of everyone else other than walgreens. In the end, he finished with the usual script of have I handled everything to your satisfaction. I said no, you have not handled anything I asked or escalated to someone who could help me. He proceeded to tell me how indeed he had provided me with excellent service and handled everything I asked. I told him, and this is why I do not use Walgreens. At one time, Walgreens was the pharmacy I trusted. The long waits, the attitudes, I dont see how this store can stay in business. I did not get this kids name.

I'm very disappointed with this store. I went in to pick up an item that their website said was in stock and ready for pickup. After looking for it on the shelf. I asked a employee for assistance. She scans the UPC and tells me . "Yes it's in-stock but it's in the back with the order that just came in and will probably not be on the shelf for a day or two" . How's that for customer service ? I think that's wrong and I don't think it would have taken much effort to look for it. I won't be returning here thats for sure.

The worst pharmacy in town. If you have prescription on auto refill it takes them 4 days to process and all they have is excuses why it takes 4 days and my scripts are still not ready yet. But they prescription I put in myself was ready in 12hours. Still waiting on the one for auto refill though. Oh and not to mention they hang up on me when I call. Poor customer service

We have been using Walgreens for 25 years, but I just hit my limit. The straw that broke the camel's back? We had 2 prescriptions called in and instead of filling them at the pharmacy we requested they sent it to a different pharmacy and didn't bother to let us know. I understand that the people running this company are more interested in bleeding it dry through bonuses than keeping customers happy, but arbitrarily deciding to fill my prescription somewhere else for no other reason than their own greed is a step too far. I don't want a robot to mail me a prescription, I want a human being to look at it with their eyes and use their brain to make a decision.

Excellent service from the Walgreens Pharmacy. Promptly got the needed medication and delivered it so medicine did not run out.

My husband and I moved to Kalamazoo recently. Walgreen's is conveniently located near our home so we chose it as our pharmacy. We got so lucky. This is a wonderful pharmacy. First, great parking and easy in and out. Second, it is clean. I mean open spacious well lit and CLEAN! The associates are very well trained and have excellent customer skills at check out. They are friendly and helpful. In the Pharmacy area, the staff are knowledgeable and skillful. They take time to make sure you know about your medicaltion and answer all questions. They also seem to really enjoy working their and are a real team. Very respectful of customers and of each other. There is a great and easy to use drive through for prescriptions and they attend to those customers quickly. We are so grateful to Walgreens and to their dedication to customer service. You can always find an associate to help you in the aisles and at checkout. You never have to 'go searching' for staff. Thank you for a great pharmacy and store and for all the hard work that makes you so stellar and unique. The best.

Terrible customer service and cocky young man as well. I'm moving all my prescriptions (as I just promised Eric) to another pharmacy. Too bad that yoing people today are not taught any manners!!
