My wife bought a $5 item for me and it turned out not to be what I was looking for. I never opened the package and I saved the receipt. When I went to return it, Walgreens refused to give me my money back, because the item was "a Walgreens brand." They would only give me a store credit.I have shopped at Walgreens for the last time and will never set foot in that store again, because of this stupid and out-of-step-with-reality policy.Goodbye, Walgreens.

Walgreens is always a choice when getting certain items. Definitely a plus on the photo end. Staff always friendly and helpful. Pharmacy can get pretty busy.

I'm beginning to believe that these positive reviews about this pharmacy always having meds in stock are because no one initially wants their Rx there so it would make sense they are ALWAYS stocked!My usual pharmacy has had a state wide production/supplier issue for one med for a couple months and after calling all over this was the only pharmacy that could fill it. This would normally merit a good review but the staff is so condescending and rude. I had a simplequestion and instead of receiving an answer I was talked down to and in essence told I didn't need to know 'why'.I was not provided time frame as to when the script would be ready and as I was beginning to ask that, the woman laughed and hung up on me. I hope the supplier issue is resolved at the state level for Meijer Rx so I no longer have to deal with the rude and patronizing staff at the Walgreens on W Main 9th street.

Very impressed with the lady I spoke with today. My son was prescribed a medication and Walmart was out of stock and it would take 1-2 days to get in through their order. I called Walgreens to just see if they had it. They did and this lady took down my son’s information and called over to Walmart and got his script transferred over and taken care of within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend!

I'm not sure what the thinking was to refer all of Westside Medical's pharmacy business to Walgreens, but it was terrible planning to not increase staffing to handle the significant increase of new customers. The staff here (not their fault) seems overwhelmed and you're on hold for 10+ minutes whenever you try to call and talk to a pharmacist. That being said, the staff is nice and helpful. Just apparently an issue with poor planning by higher-ups.

DO NOT USE SAME DAY DELIVERY I have had my last two orders delivered somewhere else and if you call the store the employees are so inept that they don't even know the store does it. And I had two employees at the store argue with me and tell me that I was stupid and that I have no idea what I was talking about. I will never use Walgreens for anything as a matter of fact if they were giving away 100 dollar bills I wouldn't go there. ABSOLUTELY INEPT EMPLOYEES NAMED JASMINE AND DEE DEE should be fired ? wow I've been looking at the other reviews what a miserable excuse for a company I was thinking about transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens damn glad I didn't only thing worse than the store is the stupidity of Doordash and neither one takes responsibility for getting orders delivered

Hours for pharmacy have changed so much over the years, they are closed for an hour for lunch. No more 24 hour pharmacy so good luck getting meds after 6 pm

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Multiple times we have gone there and the pharmacist decides to go home early and it is not even closing time. They literally shut the drive through window on you as you are sitting in front of it. This happened once to me and to my daughter. My husband went there one day and they ignored him completely he kept waving to get their attention and they walk right on by. My son just had a stroke and can’t get his medications approved. They told me that I need to call the doctor to get insurance approval. I said isn’t that the job of the pharmacist?They never have medications in stock and almost always give you only a few pills each time. You get a notification your prescription is ready and than you get there and they tell to come back in 15 minutes. Than you get back there and the window is closed because they all went for lunch, the entire staff all at once. I’m switching my entire families prescriptions over to a local pharmacy today.

Scheduled a Covid-19 booster shot. Arrived at 6:15. Was told I would be seen shortly. Waited 45 minutes and there were still 2 people ahead of me. The one gentleman had been there for an hour and a half. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Been waiting 24 hours for my Rx that was from the ER. They have hung up on me after being on hold for an hour with “one person” in front of me. They have now hung up on Bronson trying to pull the Rx from them to transfer to another pharmacy and they have hung up on the other pharmacy. Entirely unprofessional and ridiculous, NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. Making a corporate complaint tomorrow.EDIT: ended up getting an email 5 days later that my Rx was ready to be picked up.

Allows you to schedule appointments or immunizations for days they're closed. No notice, I had to walk in and see that the pharmacy didn't even open on a day I had a scheduled and confirmed appointment.

Ridiculous wait.. first the pharmacy associate took over 20 minutes.. just to find our insurance.. Meijer, Walmart or Rite Aid didnt take that long.. then asked questions about our Covid Booster.. we sat down.. literally another 30 minutes.. to have the Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacist to give us a questionnaire to fill out..same questions the first girl asked us. Our appt was at 5:20 pm. We arrived at 5:10 pm. Soon after we filled out the questionnaire they called us in. 6pm. In front of us were 2 vaccinations. Afterwards the shot we were told "you should wait 15 minutes but I cant control what you do, I cant chase you down". Just not impressed with how this pharmacy was being run that night. Maybe it was off, but customers seem to say it was the norm. Slow, always have to wait even on a call ahead.. over heard 2 customers complain with prescriptions. I wont be back to that Walgreens.

I had a covid test scheduled for 10:45am this morning, sat at the drive-through window for 35 minutes and nobody ever came. 15 minutes in I attempted calling the pharmacy but was on hold for 25 minutes with no answer. Huge waste of time.
