Careful using this pharmacy they had a HIPPA violation while there didn't do anything about and employee got rude when it was pointed out. Management and corporate did nothing even with it on camera

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the Kalamazoo area. If they tell you something will be ready in 25-30 minutes it most certainly will not. The customer service is horrible they just don’t care about their customers. They’ve lost scripts of mine and told me orders didn’t come in for things when they did they just didn’t seem them. I never use this pharmacy again it’s a horrible experience.

Horrible service. Called in rx and they lied to me and said they were going to fill it. Then I called back and they said they were going to fill it but never took my name so not sure how they planned on that. Called 3rd time and said my rx is on back order. So now who knows....
This is just the gull rd walgreens. The others have been fine.

I just went in for four vaccines and was shouted at by the pharmacy staff in front of a like full of customers because I didn’t know an answer about my medical history. I left without my vaccines and now my family is at risk because I couldn’t handle the embarrassment of being shouted at by a pharmacist in front of the whole store. After I told them I couldn’t stay the other person behind the counter laughed at me. Incredible, guys. What a piece of crap

Went to pharmacy to receive two vaccinations. Pharmacist was very helpful and took the time to explain the medication.

Waiting for 20 minutes for 1 person in drive through. At this point pharmacist should have customer come inside. Drive thrus are supposed to be fast and steady. She still hasn't waited on us and I have been at the window for 3 minutes

So disorganized in this store now especially since they've been getting many prescriptions packaged in Ohio. The automated system is worthless. I got notification when was ready yesterday, went in to get it but still in the Ohio batch to be sorted. Asked about the eye drop which they said they had told them I would pick it up in the afternoon with my other one. Then got a text at the eye drop was out of stock but when I called again they said they did have it. Then I got an email saying there was an insurance issue with the one that was supposedly ready yesterday. I wouldn't use Walgreens at all but I spend two months out of state and need to be able to pick up at local Walgreens while I'm on vacation.

Worse Walgreens EVER. Rude pharmacy staff who was open to sharing how busy they were and short staffed.

lady today was very rude, prescriptions weren’t ready.. which is unfortunately normal for them. Had my prescriptions switched, can’t keep dealing with Walgreens pharmacy.
