They always seem to have the lanes closed at one end or the other but still have the doors open or they only have a couple lanes and then you go look up by the service counter and there's 6 /7 employees just standing there talking same thing when you need to find somebody around the store can't find nobody or when they see you they walk another way different direction 9th Street and Plainwell are terrible the one in Otsego Michigan during the height of the pandemic out of all the lanes they had they had two lanes where people are rubbing elbows in which there is a thing you weren't supposed to have people that clothes they had two lanes over elbows and that was the only two lanes that are open Whoever thought of that should have been fired that day

I used to shop here every sunday and used the self checkout, they don’t open up the areas with larger bagging areas anymore

Best Walmart store in the Kalamazoo/Portage area on 9th Street. The store is CLEAN and well stocked! Great Values right now!

On Saturday, February 15th, at 10:15 a.m., I visited your store to process an online return. The customer service representative displayed unprofessional behavior, chewing gum and failing to acknowledge my presence. Her demeanor suggested a lack of regard for customer service standards. I request that your staff be trained to treat customers with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

Horrible customer service and policies, that they change willy nilly and then get aggressive if you question them. Shop at Meijer instead.

As soon as I entered the store, I noticed the trash by the front door was overflowing and 2 employees were standing near. They were to busy just talking and didn't care that trash was falling out of the receptacle.

A friend purchased an item for me to pick up. It worked out well and was a quick, painless transaction. I arrived, called, and was on my way home, all within 5 minutes.

The worst location EVER! Ordered tires to have installed. Tires were shipped from warehouse, I scheduled my install AFTER PURCHASING. Fast forward to today, get a notification that my appointment (day of) has been canceled due to a delay in the tires......called customer service to find my tires ARRIVED YESTERDAY! So why was my appointment canceled Walmart?! Focus on groceries and clothes! Better yet close this disgusting, horrible, trashy location!

Tired of going to stores where they pay employees to stand around the self checkout to make sure you don't steal while they won't pay a single employee to man a cash register.
