The bakery did a wonderful job on the cupcakes for my little girls first birthday and she loved her smash cake. So I want to do a shout-out to the bakery staff and say thank you for a delicious job well done! Thank

I went into Walmart at 8 o'clock in the evening because I had to run in and buy a pregnancy test. I soon realized that they are behind a glass locked cabinet so I asked the pharmacist that is right next to the glass cabinet if he could unlock the cabinet for me so I can get a pregnancy test or have someone come and unlock the cabinet. They told me that they would call and Page someone to come and unlock it for me it could be a few minutes I said OK I stood there for 10 minutes nobody came. so I went back up to the pharmacist and said I am just waiting for someone to come unlock the cabinet so I can get a pregnancy test he calls him four more times I finally told him "I'm gonna go to Meijer". I am absolutely furious that I had to stand around and wait that long and even more so that no one ever showed up to unlock the cabinet it is extremely unprofessional and pathetic and ridiculous that I even have to ask to get a pregnancy test. It's clear that that Walmart probably has people stealing pregnancy tests so that is why they are behind a cabinet? But if you're going to do it that way you cannot let women just stand around for that long and not have your employees come unlock the cabinets for products such as a pregnancy test. Like me many will take their money elsewhere, I was also planning on buying other stuff but just walked out. I will never come to that walmart ever again

I don't know what is going on with this store, everytime I come in here no one looks happy, the center ailes are always crowded with carts full of products to stock, personal shoppers are also usually crowding where merchandise is. Cashiers are slow, like really slow, and they always look sad. There are a few people that work there that make the experience semi tolerable. But otherwise they need more people on the floor to help customers, as well as cashiers, and cashiers that have positive attitudes and smiles on their faces. I get better interactions with their people greeters than I do the cashiers. And the greeters and the morning service desk associates are the few reasons I keep coming back. But if its after 10am or in the evening... I drive the extra 15 miles to go to the Walmart on the west side of town.

I went shopping there, I spent $297 only to get home and discover I didn't have everything I paid for. At first I wasn't concerned, I just called. I was treated like some kind of thief trying to get something for free. I had already paid for these items, there was no "free" about it. So I contacted corporate who informed me my issue was with the local store, not them. So that's it Walmart. No more of my business ever.

Maybe I'm feeling generous, but the staff earn a three over a two for the store. Yes, it can be a little messy sometimes, and yes, the lines can be way too long (currently on a Saturday at noon there are only 3 lines open), but all of the staff I have interacted with have been kind and helpful. Also, like most Walmarts, there is a great selection of stuff here.

I went to this Wal-Mart on Saturday evening, 12/28/2019. First of all there were only 2 lanes open. The cashier was very rude. He threw my bananas in a bag, I bought cupcakes from the bakery, he put them in the bag sideways, so the frosting got all over the lid. He then bagged toilet bowl cleaner and food together. Before I was able to get all of my bags off of the bag corral, he started ringing up the next customer and bagging her stuff. Never again.

OMG I hate to give WM another bad review but I stopped in there yesterday to buy some milk. On the way out of the store I walked the main aisle in front of the Vision Center and there it was. Baby excrement laying on the floor. I stood there a minute or two and watched two employees see it, walk past it, and leave without cleaning it up or even covering it up. This has to be the dirtiest poorest managed store among all the Walmarts...at least I hope there aren't more like this one out there.

Came here for the check cashing services. Went to guest services and stood in line maybe 5 minutes only for the clerk to tell me "we don't do that over here anymore" and sent me to the newly built "money services@ near the cash registers where there were 20 people waiting. This was at 7:30 pm on Friday night. 2 people waiting on them and after 25 minutes in THAT line only 3 people had moved. Then one of the clerks instructs all 17 people still in line to go back over to guest services where there is now only 1 Person helping. 10 minutes later ONE person has been helped. Wtf?!? Never and I mean never coming back here. If I didn't need to cash this check I would absolutely leave.

Do NOT get your oil changed at this Walmart. I did a few days ago and here's the lowdown: Spilled oil all over the engine dripped puddles on my garage floor. Dirty oily handprints all over my interior and drivers side door. Price well over $55. (at the local dealership it's 10 dollars more) $11 per hr untrained Walmart employees get unsupervised access to your $35,000+ car. They failed to reset the oil-life monitor on my car. Rude workers at the counter (it's Walmart) I was the first person in line and it took them an hour and a half to finish the oil change. Go to your local new car dealer for service. They care a lot more about your car and want your business.

I don't know what the heck was going on on the evening of November 3rd, 2018 it was after 10 p.m. that I was there picking up a few groceries items, when I walked in I noticed the store was a MESS! and I said okay it's late at night maybe they're going to clean this up later. As I was picking up my last items an announcement over the intercom said that the store grocery aisles will be closing soon, I had never heard that before in Wal-Mart so I hurried and went up to the cash registers only 2 cash registers were open and the lines were all the way through the clothing aisles, they didn't even try to open up another register until the customers have been waiting a while. I asked the cashier what was going on and she said that she think they're going to wax the floors tonight she really didn't know, for the cashier not to know why they're closing the grocery aisles was not acceptable to me. At this moment you really appreciate that you have several other stores in Kalamazoo that you can do your late night shopping.

Terrible customer service. I waited a whole hour to receive service in the photo department. When the sales associate finally did come to help, her attitude was extremely horrible. I understand Walmart does not pay good wages but in MY opinion if you do not like your job, you should not work there!!!!

I went to purchase a video at Walmart and it was marked $19.98 and in the back the same video was marked $12.98. The cashier honored the price of $12.98 since it had been marked incorrectly. I knocked off one star because I had to walk all over store to find cashier in that department. Nice cashiers. Helpful and courteous
