Overall the buying process was nice with you guys during a two car sale. I was told the vehicles go through a 360 point inspection before being sold. My wife went to get an oil change after not even 2 months of owning the car and the air filter was completely shot. I understand those are cheap to replace but something like that should be looked at before being sold. Makes me worry about what else wasn’t even looked at before purchasing these vehicles

If I had known then what I know now, I could have saved myself literal thousands of dollars from fake charges and scams.
The staff is very unprofessional. The day I test drove the car, the salesman (Miguel Pagan) felt the need to nudge me and point out "the view" of some woman bending over in front of the car..
I was told lies like they'd have the car detailed, fill the gas, transfer license plates from old car to new. And even had charges for those "services" on my estimate that I couldn't remove. Upon asking why those services weren't done when I picked up the car, they suddenly "had no idea what I was talking about".
I constantly look back at my visit to this place as one of the biggest mistakes I've ever blindly walked into.

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting James Asher when we were looking for a good, reliable vehicle. James was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped us through the whole process, listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and was never pushy. We really appreciate James going above and beyond to help us find a safe vehicle that was within our budget. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go talk to James!

Ronnie bought a brand new Ram truck in May of 2020 from Harold Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Ram - Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Ram of Kalamazoo - Adam Baylis he also purchased the extended warranty. In November of 2022 he was in an accident caused by a malfunction with the truck. After many delays and body work the truck was dropped at the dealership in August 3, 2023. After about a month they determined that the truck needed a new engine. It has been over three months and they have not received the new engine from Ram Trucks. At this point we’ve spent an entire year paying on a vehicle that we either can’t drive or don’t have. They are NOT providing a rental or loaner.

We purchased a RR from your Schaumburg Land Rover location 3 weeks ago. Car was delivered with only one key. Multiple texts and emails to Sam the salesman , JP the sales manager and even the dealership manager John and they are all ghosting me. No response back or acknowledgment of my multiple reach outs. Expect more not only from a certified Land Rover Dealership but also concerned I cannot get confirmation of a potential security issue after making a substantial purchase. Do better. Disappointed.

I just want to leave plaudits for Ken Francisco for getting me in and out of the shop while vacationing in South Haven and Kalamazoo. The attention and care I was given on this occasion and previous ones convinced me this is an optimum shop with a great service manager.

I called and talked to Joe the used car manager about buying a car out of state. I wanted to pay the sale price + whatever fees they charge, his response was NO because he wanted to sell it local, maybe get a trade and get financing. If they don't want out of state business maybe they shouldn't be posted on line ..

This is for the Plainwell location.
I inquired about a trade in, then purchase.
I got minimal communication and had to get them to respond by initiating. I was looking at a car, got told they would look to see if its available. Next day....I ask about it again. Now, its all of a sudden being sold.
If you want to sell cars, then maybe keep in contact with your customers.
Fun fact....I work in retail and tend to have an opinion when someone asks about a certain business.
