My truck died on 131 on a Sunday evening and Bill was out quickly to get it towed. He recommended a place to get it checked out and even offered to stop on the way so I could grab something to eat because I had a wait ahead of me before I’d get picked up. Service above and beyond!

Apparently if you leave your vehicle on the side of the road with a flat tire and of you don't leave your keys inside they charge you extra. Nor will they ever communicate with your insurance company. When you're a single mother of three and the insurance company said they will pay for it all up front to help me out all they need is just a statement first... Yet Bill's wouldn't even bother. I've spoke to two guys the first guy was a complete dick and wouldn't even listen to anything I was saying. The second guy who stayed until closing time was a sweetheart..
