The ER is the cleanest and quietest ER ever seen, and the staff are all so kind, calming, and caring. Providers are incredibly kind and helpful, always believing patients and never making them feel stupid. The staff is amazing, on top of everything, taking their time with great attitudes. They listen and advocate. The entire process, from intake through discharge, is incredibly friendly and helpful and could not be managed better. It is the go-to when needing care, and patients will be back for any emergency needs.

Everyone was super nice to me and got me in and out very quickly while still checking everything and making sure I was okay. Not to mention the room and building are very clean.

Kalkaska ER is the best in the area. They have consistently given us excellent care for years. Today my daughter had to come in for a stitch, and she left with a popsicle and a smile on her face. Easily the nicest doctors and nurses I have ever encountered. I don't care what their pay rate is now, but give them all a raise!
