The store manager Matt and his staff at this location are extremely kind and helpful. We had a problem and they solved it, exceeding our expectations. I highly recommend this store for great customer service and going above and beyond for our project.

Went into ace hardware for a M4 metric screw and Phil tried helping me and he did more talking than helping . He gave up on helping and I found what I needed on my own . I felt like I was in a Home Depot or Lowe’s . Uneducated employee on what is in his store. Same situation in the past and I’ll be going to Mcleans from now on at least they know what I need when I need something

Maxbauer Ace is a great hardware store with highly knowledgeable employees. You can tell that the employees are experienced tradesmen and know what they’re talking about. If you have any hardware problems they would be the people to ask for help. I will be returning to this location.

We purchased a new Weber Grill a few weeks ago from the courteous Staff at a very competitive price. The igniter module failed but Matt & Otto repaired it quickly at our residence. Great Customer Service, everyone! Maxbauer Ace Hardware has earned my business.
