DISHONEST HORRIBLE STORE!Purchased some skin lotion with cash. Upon returning home, I realized I picked the wrong product. The clerk did not include the receipt in my bag.When trying to return the product, they were only willing to refund slightly over HALF my purchase price. I suggested reviewing their in-store cam because I knew the exact time I had purchased the product. Unwilling to give me all MY money back. DISHONEST GOUGING by a nation chain. WOWWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in many years!!!

My prescription was called in on 1/19. I have had problems with scripts being ready the same day, so I waited until the following day. I called this morning to verify my script was ready and was informed the didn’t have the full quantity from one supply and would have to complete the order from another supplier; there was no difference in the medication. Okay - no problem. I indicated I had “Single Care” and wanted to make sure I would be billed accordingly. They told me using the “Single Care” the cost would be $100, but using my co-pay my cost would be $18. When I went to pick up my script I showed them the “Single Care” price was $9.17 and I was told to come back in 2 hours and they would re-bill. I won’t be going back!

Pharmacy has no medical products on hand has to order for diabetics , takes a week to fill such orders , unable to take insulins. Want a quicker death? Use (rite)wrong-aid. Several times this happened to me.

Worst Customer Service to be real. Decided to get my daughters medicine from here as I didn’t want to drive all the way to my normal pharmacy. They had just received the prescription which is fine I knew I would have to wait no big deal, she asked when I would like to have the prescription ready and I just said as soon as possible. She started to explain notifications I could receive on my phone and a different gentleman came up to the drive thru window and said “well the fastest way is for you to come inside and wait or you can receive text notifications.” It was not what he said it was how he said it and the way he just cut her off from already explaining the process to come up and I guess just explain it again more rudely…. Not really sure what his complex was but I have a sick kid in the car so I didn’t really want to bring her sickness into the store, but if that’s the fastest way….. guess she’s going in…..

Don't try calling them as they rarely actually answer the phone...not sure how anyone runs a business that way but it's horrible customer service.

Do not waste your time with this store. Look at the real reviews! Go to Traverse City before going to this terrible store! The pharmacy is terrible, rude. They had scripts sitting on the floor, piled up off to the sides. Pharmacy manager obviously is clueless. They do not answer their phone and shut off their drive through whenever they decide they are too busy. If they cannot fill the scripts they should not take the order! Kalkaska Memorial needs to have a 24 hour pharmacy.

Unprofessional. Incompetent. Untrustworthy. Rude. My pharmacy downstate sent a script to Rite Aid, and they acted like they never received it. When it was sent a second time, they pretended it was the first time they received it. When I told them I knew it had been sent six days prior, they blamed the fax machine. At least get your stories straight. And if you can't do your job correctly, don't deal with medications that could adversely effect someone's life.

Pharmacy staff is always extremely rude and I feel like I’m bothering them. I pick up medications my mother depends on, if there is any issue regardless the cause they make me feel responsible and act as if “put out”. We have changed pharmacies, still love rite aid, but will no longer fill scripts at this location.

Long lines, excessive wait times and no one is ever available to answer the phone. I finally took my script to Meijer. I love getting a busy signal everytime I try to call and order my daughters RX. I'll be moving her elsewhere too.

Our family uses two different RITE AIDE locations. If there is a question or concern the two RITE AIDE location communicate to solve problems or concerns. The store products are quality and competitively priced.

The pharmacy is Amazing, you learn so much about how the process works. I have learned how Doctors have to write scripts multiple times for the same prescription even after watching them write and send it in front of you.The wait times are Fantastic. I caught up on reading, The Silmarillion, while I came to pick up my filled prescription. Those text messages that inform me of filled orders are so tricky.If you want to join a health club, don't bother, you can walk the aisles and get in shape, overabundance of stock tripping you up is never an issue. Why buy 1 at regular price and get one for 50% off when you can just buy 1 at regular price, after all when the shelf only holds 1 facing that saves me math problems. Who am I Einstein?They even assign you Doctors that aren't yours, so you can meet new people. Even after informing them of the correct doctor, they still call the one who isn't yours. It's great to have someone who knows better than you, thinking is hard.If you are insulin dependant no worries, so are they. Depends on them to decide wether you get your insulin. Luckily, Family Fare of Kalkaska can help pick up the slack when living is still high on the priority list.Just Spectacular service, on previous visits it's been exciting being treated like a criminal when returning toothpaste, luckily I was able to track down my recepit, as that high theft item must be bankrupting them.This place is a must, my pal Sisyphus agrees.
