How hard is it to make sure the pumps have receipt paper! Point of paying at the pump is to get your receipt at the pump! Do your job!! I hear no one that works for gas stations like doing this. Do better at your job!

The place was really clean, I liked how the bathrooms had both paper towels and the air dryer. They only had one person on the register though and there was a long line. Overall, great gas station.

The short guy with the beard working the counter sucks. He talks too much and he's constantly rude. I don't see how they let him continue working at that gas station.

Walked in at 12 am told me they couldn't serve me bc of shift change while 2 ppl are working terrible customer service treated very poorly and I will never come back here as well if you don't like your job quit it don't treat customers like trash and make them wait for 20 minutes

I only use shell gas, so I've been a regular at this station for 20 years! Always friendly employees, the store went through some changes, and I like the new version and coffee!

Nice gas station, just need to update hours. Says 24 hrs but when I went into Kalkaska at 10pm, they where closed.

I will never come back. Worst customer service EVERThe workers (specifically the short black haired girl with glasses who looks like shes in middle school) will card you whenever they feel like… if you’re gonna card both people, then do it to EVERYONE, not just who YOU think is under age.Ive never went in the store and both my Fiance and I get carded.Ive bought liquor and cigars COPIOUS amounts of times so for her and I to both get carded out of no where, Im good, I’ll take my money down the street where people aren’t petty.

Normal Shell gas station; average gas station snacks and drinks, clothing, collectibles, fountain drinks. Great friendly staff. Very fast and efficient.

They got a guy working there right now who need to take a shower and learn how to do his job. Going to spare you the details just don't go to this gas station there's another one across the street that probably won't put your gas on the wrong pump and then claim you already pumped it.
