I have only used the service and repair desk . They have always been very helpful and fair and able to help with something I had issues with that other places acted like it was too much of an inconvenience to deal with.Everyone is always helpful and friendly.

The only reason I left one star for this review was for how friendly/courteous Annette was with dealing with me in getting my some of my hard earned money back from my extended warranty after I sold this Stryker toy hauler for a salvaged price..I thank you again Annette for this.As for Brandon, it’s a shame you couldn’t even face me when you knew I was on my way down to sign those documents for this returned money. I saw you hide and send Brian gainsforth up front to direct me to Annette. I asked Brian how he knew who is was when I arrived, and how did he know my name when he never met me? He told me you sent him up front to deal with me. Got a guilty conscience for anything Brandon?I needed to soak up some spilled motor oil in my garage recently, and so I used my Dolney rv shirt you gave me in 2017 Brandon. I also needed to start a camp fire at my place recently so I used my paperwork from this sale also in 2017. Those two tasks were more fun than any of my experiences with my toy hauler. I was the fool for coming back several times because I used to live locally not far from this dealer. The “word of mouth” from my family coming here since the early 1990’s was the main reason I stepped into this facility at all. I was lulled into a sense of security at this place that used to play gospel music on the radio inside store and dealing with what I thought were honest people? As for Todd.. you do a horrible job keeping people updated on repair costs (an old unit of mine) I left you several voicemails on an old unit of mine that you “never got” supposedly and ended up paying a horrendous repair bill that was more than double what I was quoted. I did note a previous customer review on this and I know first hand that this is spot on! I found out the hard way (financially) that paying a fortune to live like a homeless person (camping) was the biggest waste of my hard earned money I have ever done. You won Brandon.. you got my money and never cared one bit after that in helping me out with my issues. Your so called “check lists” you go through before selling to a customer is a joke. I emailed you on these issues I had since day one. Your mechanic Kent even laughed when I asked him if the generator on this unit had even been tested/ran? He laughed because he told me how cheap you are and that putting gas in this unit to test it would cost you money. The locked up blower motor with nest made in exhaust? You all ran this for 30 mins to check operation before selling to me?? Of course your shop did. I could go on and on about the water damage and other issues I had trying to get support from the manufacturer but that’s another joke in itself.Worst purchase of my life.

Don't even attempt to find anything you need without help. The RC car parts are randomly scattered throughout the building. Some tires are by the grills, some are by the RV parts. There are different RC bodies just hanging everywhere. Literally no rhyme nor reason to where different parts are. So you actually have to get help to find something. So I was waiting around to get some help so I could buy 2 RC cars and some extra parts. There were 3 employees working with only one other customer. I was waiting by the counter for 10 minutes without even the slightest acknowledgement. I ended up leaving with nothing. 5 Minutes of their time and they would have sold $500 worth of RC stuff. But the good news is I got 2 cars online for the same price I would have paid there but with upgraded brushless motors. These guys are the reason why brick and mortar stores are dying. I do everything I can to shop local but if I'm spending more I expect at least a little help with getting the right stuff. I plan on buying a slash 4x4 and may give these guys a second chance. We will see how it goes.

Great service had them work on my RV. They did a fantastic job fixed everything I needed. Very impressed and all was done at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

Thanks Brian for going above and beyond . Bought a new fifth wheel and the transaction and process went smooth as silk. The staff is super courteous and fun to deal with. They all make sure that you understand the unit inside and out. What drew me to buy a new unit from Dolney RV was last year my old fifth wheel I was having issues with I took there for service and was treated with the most professionalism with the work being done correctly at a fair price and a timely fashion. Thanks again Brian

I have one star because Brandon was great; however, we will never do business there again. Beware of their service dept. The service manager was aware of us bringing our fifth wheel there for 2-3 weeks prior to us taking it there. He told us he would fit it in and it would take a few days to look at our awning (we thought it needed a motor), repack the bearings, check the air pressure and fill the propane. He called me 2 weeks after we dropped it off and informed me that it needed new awning fabric and would order it. He stated it would take 2 weeks to come in. I called him for an update 2 weeks later at which time he gave me an excuse as to why it hadn’t been looked at and again informed me that it needed awning fabric and said he would order it. He lied and never ordered it 2 weeks prior. The next day (a month later, several excuses later and after having to speak directly to Brandon a few times) I decided we would pick it up and take it elsewhere. We paid for the wheel bearings and a corroded wire the service manager said they fixed. When we got it home it had sat for so long it had a birds nest in the king pin area with baby birds.Two days after getting it home the awning started doing the exact same thing as what we took it there for. My husband took the cap off where the motor is and debris fell down (which wouldn’t have happened if they had actually looked at it like he said they did). All that it was was a loose quick connect wire. Also, it did not need new awning fabric at all. My husband fixed the small separation from the rail easily himself. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but really feel I need to warn others so they do not have the same miserable experience we did. I was blown off, out and out lied to several times and was charged for the “corroded wire” that wasn’t even the problem. (We specifically told him we thought it had a bad motor, which was not looked at at all). Their service dept. is not trustworthy. Horrible!

Dolney rv is a great place! The people are awesome! Very knowledgeable and patient! They treat you like family! Brian sold us a great camper. Him and the mechanic took time to make sure we knew everything about our new rig! Thank you so very much!
