Auto Value Keego Harbor saved me from disaster. Big storm rolled in yesterday and while driving through it, my wiper arm came loose. I pulled in - they helped me out of a jam by tightening the arm - and I was on my way. They didn't ask anything in return and they were happy to help. I'll be stopping by to get my vehicle parts from them based on their willingness to help those in need. Much appreciation to the team at Auto Value in Keego Harbor!

Pete and Jerry at the Keego store, are the best in the business.I work on very old vehicles, and often the parts, are no-longer made,they can usually come up with an answer to what will work or where I can get it. They are definitely my go to guys.

They flat out lied to me when I called this location about parts and my warranty had to go else where . Not good customer service.

One of those old school auto shops where service matters. They’ve helped me keep my 2005 car on the road long past it’s sell by date. A new car isn’t an option so keeping chitty chitty bang bang road worthy is Plan A-Z. They always take the time to help me troubleshoot and figure out an “affordable treatment plan”. Never make me feel d*** for all my questions - even when I asked for help changing a tail light bulb. I mean - if you don’t know, you don’t know! They aren’t a fix it place. Just a great group of knowledgeable people, passionate about what they do, truly invested in the people they serve.
