The behavior that I experienced at the ATT Store on was so egregious I must post this to warn others. This is lengthy but I feel it is important to get the full picture of how this transpired. The first two visits to this store were great. The first trip was to inquire about a prepaid plan similar to my current plan which I held with a different provider and to inquire about purchasing a new phone. The sales person seemed very helpful in reviewing ATT prepaid plans and recommended that I purchase a new phone from a big box store before opening the ATT prepaid plan. After researching the 3 phones recommended in the first ATT trip, I found the phone that I wanted. But before buying the phone, I wanted to make sure I had a clear understanding of the ATT prepaid plans. Second visit to the ATT store: There were 3 young men that all greeted me with smiles and asking what they could do for me (the person I spoke to the first trip was not present). I explained that I had been their a few days prior and would like to get a prepaid plan but would like to review the plans one more time before I purchase a new phone and complete the transition. There was a lot of sugar, and smiles, and talk directing me to a post paid plan, as opposed to a prepaid plan. After I resisted to a post paid plan, one of the sales staff wrote on a piece of paper three columns. The first two columns were ATT's two higher-end prepaid plans and the third column was a post paid plan. Each column showed the monthly amount that each plan would cost. The post plan cost reflected discounts for things like purchasing a phone over time through ATT for a significantly lower cost than I could purchase outright, a bundle discount that would be applied to my current ATT internet service and wavier of activation fee and a low monthly promo cost for the plan. AARP member was also going to be applied for additional discount. I asked how they could sell a phone for such a low cost and he said because they make their money on their service plans. I didn't totally understand but I figured there was a built-in price adjustment to cover it. And a final pitch was that the customer service support was by-far better with a post paid plan than what you will experience with a prepaid plan. The post paid plan, as it was laid out in the columns, came out to cost much less than going prepaid with purchasing my phone outright. It just made mathematical/financial sense to go with the post paid plan as they had laid it out and I stated that to the sales person. The sale person agreed. So I signed up and converted to the ATT post paid plan right then. I was told that I could change my mind within 14 days and I said I cannot imagine wanting to do that. Seven days later I got a notice that my first bill was ready for viewing. At first I was not going to look at it until closer to the due date because the sales person made it perfectly clear what my costs would be. But something made me look. The amount on the bill was nearly double what I was expecting. So I reviewed the bill line-by-line and found that it was not lining up with what I was told. I called the ATT store and was curtly told they could not help me, I would have to call customer service. I pushed back a little and said - customer service won't know what I was told. I was assured that they would be able to see everything. No more smiles and willing to help. I expected them to say something to the effect, let's look at it and see where the issue is but - nope. So I called customer service and after going over everything , I was told there were no such discounts as described. Customer Service said I would have to go to the store and talk to them. So I physically went in to the store. I was told, the manager is the only one that could help me and he was out of town. Again, I had expected them to offer to look at the bill and help find out where the error was. But Nope. I was getting truly concerned now that something fishy was going on. I went in and dealt with Michael and he actually listened to my problem actually cared where I was coming from and did everything he could to help me if AT&T has a brain in their head they will sign this guy up long-term

Store is under new (and WAY BETTER) management! The staff were absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be recommending this store to all my family and friends!

Attendants we're careless and consistently put in my information wrong. When asked which phone was compatable with the accessories I already have they answered cagily and directed me to purchase a phone that isn't compatible with anything. They presented as helpful, but didn't pay attention to what I told them, caring more about the sale they made

5/5 starsThis was definitely one of the best experiences I've had at an AT&T store. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I explained how I wanted to upgrade my phone. It only took maybe 5-7mins to get e everything figured out and ready. It took awhile to transfer everything from my phone to the new one but they obviously have no control over that. I was in and out with my new phone in 20 or 25mins. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was excellent! SAMSUNG GALAXY S23 ULTRA

Husband and I stopped in without appointment. We were greeted by employee.He was helping a customer.Asked if we would not mind waiting to be helped they were almost done or he could set us up for an appointment. We agreed to wait. Believe it or not as he was working with her and waiting for a responds he was helping us. Without out interrupting his prior customer. Thank you

I went in there looking to buy phones for my husband and myself. I managed to walk out with two phones with liquid glass installed for me, a charging deck for all of my new things, chargers, a case, and I was there past closing time. They stayed longer to help me out which was absolutely fantastic. Quinn was the life of the party. So friendly and answered all of my questions making the customer service experience so much better! I plan on going back next week and ONLY dealing with this shop from now on!

Cassie was fantastic and helped with anything we needed. She went out of her way to make our experience amazing. The store should be honored that she is apart of the team. We will keep our business with At&t because of her professionalism EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Been in and out of here for years. Looked them up to tell a friend and seen so many negative reviews. This is more In a area that patrons typically never use a platform such as yelp, they all use Google. So to help these lovely folks I'm here to say I have zero idea what the last poster is talking about. I had all questions answered immediately and got the new 13 pro shipped to me next day. Which next day is a blessing because right now I seen some people are waiting until Christmas to get their new phone. Thanks a ton for the help and service Santos and Cassie! Almost can't wait to come back

This store is amazing they are always friendly, have candy, water and soft drinks for customer. They go above and beyond to make sure their customer is well taken care of, all set up and answer every question. They show patience, gratitude and understanding with every customer that walks in. Love this place....
