“The manager at the Buckle in Woodland Mall was exceptional. That is what real service is. I came leave to pick up my rock revival jeans and not only did they give me the jeans an hour ahead of when they opened but they did not charge me for delivery of the second pair that had not arrived yet with Federal Express. He listens to customers and knows what it takes for a repeat customer. Thank you.”
“They have a large selection of up to date clothing for teens and adults too. My granddaughter likes to go when we are school shopping. There are lots of stuff to choose from. However, I do feel it to be a bit spendy myself.”

“I would like to thank Ian for his incredible patience, honesty and his willingness to work with me. I had requested a pretty big job as it relates to highlights. It took a long time to get it done, but Ian was so professional, patient and truly cares about doing a great job. He did make it very light just as I like it and how I requested it. He is a newer stylist, so there is still some learning to do, but I sincerely would like to thank him for being so kind and caring. You can just tell that he cares about his customers and wanting to make them happy. I also really appreciated how he said if there is something you would like adjusted or corrected, don’t hesitate to call. Again, Ian, I appreciate the effort you put in today. “Today was the first time I've attended this OUAC location. The location is filled with many great deals and I found some great items for my family. Unfortunately, I ran into a situation where another customer who was having a bad day started berating me in the middle of the store. I immediately reported this to the staff and manager who took the incident seriously. They even walked me out to my car because of concern for my safety. I am appreciative how the manager handled the situation and will be back again in the future if I'm in the area.”
“My family and I visiting from Australia came in to Calvin Klein for Black Friday and found amazing sales. Was assisted by a staff member named Michael who was extremely accommodating in helping us find everything we were looking for and everything in our size. “Had a wonderful service/experience with two regular staff members and a customer service manager. We had an order that was sent incorrectly to our house, we were sent the wrong product. After figuring out how to do the refund, they then match the black Friday price for the correct sweater. 100% recommend going to this location.”

“This review is for the Merrill shoe store in Tanger outlet. My wife and I went to the store for shoes for my wife. We were each greeted immediately when we entered the store. I had no intention of getting new shoes for myself. We were helped by a very pleasant young lady named "Erin". She was able to answer every question with certainty. She knew her products and availability. We were never told no. If she didn't have what we asked for, she gave us a wonderful alternative. The service and attention we received from Erin, was unequaled by ANY other place we have shopped. Not just at Tanger Outlets, but ANYWHERE. We left with 2 pair of shoes. One for my wife and one for myself. We each purchased socks also. I would recommend shopping at Merrill to anyone.”
“I went to scoop an order for my mom that she ~swore was ready but wasn’t actually, my dog was in my (air conditioned) car just outside so I went to wait with him while they got the order together. Sparkles not only came and delivered the order to my car, but brought waters for my dog and I! They also let me know that dogs are allowed in the store.”
