We love Childtime on East Paris. The director and staff are amazing and truly care about your kid. It has been a very rewarding experience and we are so grateful for their care. Highly recommend their (especially their infant, Miss April, and toddler Miss Tina & Miss Jodi) teachers.

They are so weird and lack professionalism! When I called them, they did not give me any information and insisted that I schedule a tour to know the tuition and any other info, and when we got there at the time of the tour, they told us there is no availability for my kid's age. No respect for people's time!

The infant room is fine, but it is downhill from there and I would NOT recommend their program now that I have experienced the difference of a better program. My child's social skills, fine and gross motor skills are greatly improving now that we left Childtime. I've hesitated to write this review as I know childcare in general has suffered during COVID, but I'm ready to share my experience. Childtime has many ups and downs, but in some ways it is consistent. Meaning you will have very few shutdowns and your kids will survive under their care, but to thrive...you may need to look elsewhere. We left Childtime after 3 years and I'm so glad we were finally able to leave. We would have left sooner if other daycare centers had availability. For profit daycare is dangerous as it is ALL about the bottom line. What your child will get at this center is probably typical of daycare, but my child was falling behind and the teachers and staff are spread thin. Also many of the teachers are totally not qualified to teach such large groups or children in general. Teachers spend much of their time filling out the technology apps to keep you informed rather than spending that time with your kids. They are also very expensive in comparison to better programs and raise the rates often. The problem is much bigger than Childtime as the government has setup unmanageable ratios of children to teacher, and childcare centers pay their employees less than Taco Bell, but I was so disappointed that the director of Childtime was unwilling to allow staff from Kent County early on to meet with my child's head teacher in the classroom for education when my child was behind in skills and the director never even took the time to share information provided in a report to my child's teachers so they were aware of how to help. That was a huge red flag. I am so thankful we found a better option than Childtime.

My son went to Childtime for almost 2 years and fell in love with Ms. Kayla, Ms. Aubree and Ms. Jayne. The teachers there are kind and wonderful with kiddos!

I signed my baby boy at this daycare and it’s been a four months , I can only say this is such a very good daycare. Always cleans and teachers are great . I feel safe whenever I leave my baby and go to work Ms. April is such a great teacher, she cares a lot about the kids . She shares all the details with parents too . The Manager Ms. Tracy is so nice and helpful too . Thank you so much Childtime for everything .

We absolutely 100% recommend Childtime of Kentwood. Everyone on staff is absolutely amazing and take such good care of our kids. Each teacher knows the kids' names, even if they are not in their class. Everyone is so friendly and my girls come not only home happy every day, but they have grown and learned so much. If you are looking for a caring, educational daycare/learning center for your children, definitely put Childtime of Kentwood at the top of your list!

I second Tyler Blair's review. Was so happy yesterday (thurs) when they called and said they had availability at two of their locations. I scheduled a tour for Monday. Today (Fri) I got a call about the tour and that they have zero available spots. I questioned the person on the phone about it. She said that the person I talked to must've been talking about enrollment. What!?? They're Liars. As a single parent, this was very stressful to have the rug pulled from under me.

They told us on the phone they had availability then called us an hour before the scheduled tour and said they don’t have any spots for a year. Doesn’t seem very professional or organized. Look elsewhere if you care about your child.

Our son has been attending ChildTime since his first birthday, he turns two next month. We also have a baby on the way who will be starting this Winter. We have loved our experience so far. Our son really enjoys going there every day, the teachers seem genuinely delighted to greet the kids each day, and they seem to enjoy their time with our son. I love that they have funny stories to tell my husband at pick-up, and they have pictures and activity updates that we can access via the Precious Stats app, which makes us feel like we are with him! The directors are excellent at communicating and responding to any and all questions or concerns. We feel extraordinarily lucky to have a spot here.

Our children have been attending this daycare/preschool since they were very young. I am extremely happy with how they treat us and the children. I am constantly amazed with the projects they do and how much our kids enjoy the teachers. I never thought I would feel safe having a child at daycare. I am glad I was wrong. They really have the best interests of the kids in mind.

Our daughter loved her old daycare and when we moved we worried it would be a rough transition but she has thrived here. Tracy and Desirae, the Directors, are both easy to work with, helpful and accommodating. The teachers in my daughter's class are wonderful and the activities that they do with the kids are engaging and fun. We have been very happy with our choice to come here.
