Highly recommend this store and interior design services. The store is gorgeous, with many room displays, and is inspiring to walk through and see how rooms can be put together.
We worked with a wonderful interior designer, Thressa, who came to our home, took measurements, and asked about how we envisioned using the room and the feel we wanted to create. She designed multiple layouts, helped with furniture and fabric selection, and gave guidance on pulling a room together, including a custom rug, which I could have never done on my own. When the furniture was delivered, Thressa came out to help with exact placement. She delivered above and beyond for us and we would not hesitate to use again.

I received the most disappointing Ethan Allen piece I have ever gotten - very unlike Ethan Allen !!!
What is going on ???? I’m done if this is what your quality is going to be. For that much money I can’t justify the cost ☹️

I purchased a sofa from the Kentwood Store in Grand Rapids. My designed was Thress. Thress came to my cottage to help with fabric and sofa choice. She gave excellent advice. The sofa is perfect for the room. A seam in one of the cushions was open. I sent a photo to Thress and she managed all of the details. To my surprise, Ethan Allen sent all new covers. I first purchased a sofa from Ethan Allen in 1980. Since I have purchased all my furniture from them. The company if first-rate and their staff is excellent. You can be assured that they stand behind their product.

If you plan on getting new furniture, I highly suggest an Ethan Allen product. The quality and the craftsmanship are over the top. Yes, it may cost you a little more upfront, but in the long run, you will be much happier. We just acquired a kitchen table. We are extremely happy with the deal that we got on ours.
I had a few questions about the table and I dealt with Shannon over the phone. Shannon not only answered all of my questions, but she was very clear in explaining the value of a quality product. If you make it to the store, I would highly suggest finding her. I can assure you that she will definitely take care of you.
To the management at Ethan Allen whatever you were paying Shannon it is not enough. She is an asset to your company, you are extremely fortunate she chose to join your team. People like Shannon are going to make it anywhere they find themselves. Better take care of her.

The people I worked with were great The bed is actually what I ordered and it is beautifully made. The delivery men were on time and very polite and put the bed together with ease.

I paid for a kitchen table in June 2024 and it came damaged in October. The deliver driver took photos and told me someone would reach out to fix the situation. No one called and I had to reach out multiple times. Someone finally called me and said a replacement top would be put in production. It is January and I have yet to receive the replacement.

We worked with Shannon in purchasing 2 new couches. She was joy to work with. Initially she asked for feedback on our tastes in viewing the furniture in the store. After viewing the space the furniture would be placed in our house, she created some virtual views with the different styles we selected and additionally stopped by Home Depot to get a paint chip of the color of the room to place next to fabrics she selected to match the room. Her professionalism made our experience in purchasing the couches a pleasure.

My husband and I had searched for a sofa, chair and ottoman to replace our existing well-worn furniture and just couldn’t seem to find smaller-scaled pieces that would work in our narrow living room. I’d almost given up when I stopped into Ethan Allen. I was warmly greeted by Lauren K., who listened to what I was looking for and then readily guided me to some options that would fit our space perfectly. Personable, consultative and a great listener, Lauren met with me a few times and helped incorporate my initial ideas with her own expert suggestions. She was very organized and kept me well informed throughout the buying process. Home delivery was very easy to schedule and the techs were professional, efficient and attentive to detail. We are thrilled with our new furniture and impressed by its comfort and high quality; thank you, Lauren and team!
