Terrible place and experience. I paid $50 for next day shipping and 2 days later it was still on the truck out for delivery and they made no attempt. I called and got zero help and they said I would have to wait. What a joke of a business. 0 stars

This place is a joke ordered a package on Dec 2 said it would be delivered the 6th tracking shows it was in grand rapids less then a hour from me its now the 18th of Dec and still no package but I get a notification it will be delivered everyday but no package.

They might get your packages to you after 2-3 times of being out for delivery.. this is now the 3rd time it’s happened from the Kentwood location.

This review is for FedEx as a company not just this facility.
I was supposed to receive a package yesterday (Dec 3). The app said it was out for delivery starting at 9. First estimated delivery time was between week 11-1, then 3 then by end of day. Then was back at facility. I called customer service to see what was going on. The lady I spoke too told me “the driver is right around the corner and your package will be delivered any minute” then begged me for a good review. Package obviously never showed. Checked the FedEx app this morning and it says it will be delivered by 3 today (Dec 4) checked the Amazon app since I ordered it through them and I trust their arrival time since I trust them more and they’ve never been wrong, whereas FedEx is rarely if ever right. Amazon says I’ll get it by the 9th now.
If I would have known the third party seller was going to use FedEx I would have ordered it from somewhere else. Never had anything but horrible service from FedEx.

The staff here was not very helpful. I told the person at the counter that I needed to ship a package. They watched me pick up a box and tape, pack everything, and then stand in line for 20 minutes only to finally tell me that they couldn’t accept my package because this location doesn’t have a printer for shipping labels. Seriously? That’s information I should have been told right away. Instead, I wasted half an hour and still had to pay for the box and tape I only bought because I thought I’d be able to ship from there. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Fedex as an entire business is an absolute joke. Their website sucks, receiving a package that requires signature is impossible with them. Their website doesn't work when you try and adjust the delivery time or holding at locations. They don't even let you know when a driver is near your stop so you can run home and sign for it! Be ready to take a personal day just to wait around for Fedex to do their job!

Once again FedEx has failed to deliver my temperature sensitive medication when promised. It was shipped "Priority Overnight" on Feb. 13 with delivery to be Feb. 14. It was out for delivery and then returned to the local facility. The new delivery date is Monday, Feb. 17. This is totally unacceptable! This is the second time in 3 months that delivery of medication has been delayed for several days with no reason given or explanation. So much for "Priority Overnight".

FedEx drove by my house, took a picture, never delivered. Never touched doorbell or knocked, picture even includes other packages (from UPS) and me visible inside. Falsely claimed attempted delivery.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I never use fedex unless I am receiving something where I am not in control of who delivers. I have only been in this situation twice. And BOTH times I have been home waiting for the package and the driver said they tried to deliver but in fact never tried. Pure laziness.
