I cant express how slow service is in this location. Even when drive in is completely empty.. why a withdraw takes more than 15 mins???

I open my account 21 yrs ago wit fith thrid i aply for a house loan and i was denie the same week i aply with bank of America and i was approved( first red flag ) than the last 15 yrs i ben work in my credit score with 720 credit score i ask fifth third for a equity loan i was denied for a not true excuses i start wondering why with a job good credit score so let past 2 years and went to work more in my credit score i went back with 740 credit score and aply for a personal loan just like litle 6k than they denied me again even with job 740 credit score and also I ben with this bank for 21 years faithful i start thinking this is personal why they keep denied me so I went to try first michigan i they treat me like king open account than they open a credit line also too base on that credit score that I was denied in fith third bank the interest are lower that fith third so I think this was personal so I went to close my account went I was coming in to the bank to close my account I encounter a clown so called vice president John fein at this store he was leaving so I said I coming to close my account he said I take u to close it I said no I don't want to interrupt u leaving he was like no he was so rude and take me to close my account no asking why like I was a burden to this store EVEN THO I BANK WITH THIS BANK FOR 21 YEARS AND I OWN A HOUSE AND CREDIT SCORE 740 THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE GARBAGE so people DOT WAIST YOU TIME IN THIS BANK OPEN ACCOUNT SOMEWHERE ELS TRUST ME U WAISTING YOU TIME HERE IN FIFTH THIRD AND IF U ALREADY HACE ACCOUNT HERE MOVE SOMEWHERE ELS BETTER OPPORTUNITIES IN A DIFFERENT BANK DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE I DID

I’ve had accounts with about five different banks over the years. Fifth Third must be the worst bank in existence.

My husband and I were working with a loan officer and loan processor through 5th 3rd to buy a house. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Thankfully we’re not first time homebuyers and know this is NOT how things are supposed to be. The lack of communication between the two people we were working with is unbelievable. We constantly had two different people telling us two different things. I asked a question and it took them over 2 weeks to give me an answer and when we did get the answers we were told two different things. That happened continuously throughout the course of working with them. I called and left multiple messages before the manager called me back. My husband called him as well and never got a call back.The lack of service and the quality of service made me want to throw in the towel and stop all together. I honestly could go on and On about the problems we had but I think my point has been made. Thankfully I switched mortgage companies and it didn’t have ANY of the problems that this bank had.This is making me want to close my bank accounts with them In general and move on.Bottom line; don’t go to this bank for aMortgage. Use a mortgage company instead.

I’m Customer at fifth third bank From 2016 this is the third time I try to apply for loan for my house they gave me 380 thousand dollars and I sign papers for 380 and the house was 370 thousand and the Appraisal came back for 365 and they were ok for it and the closing was July 15 before July 15 I have a big family I talk with the owner of the house that Im living in and the contract for rent to finish on August 1st we are 8 people a big family. They called me to talk with the bank when I went and everything was canceled. I was so stressed out. For my personal thing is don’t go to fifth third bank specially if you don’t understand English like me and my wife we don’t speak English they just wanna do stuff that they want to.

i kept telling them my phone was being hacked and people where i live now kept stealing my card and they just decided to close my whole bank down when they couldve of fixed the problem or give me a new banking account and they dont not understand that when they ask me those question that i keep telling them i dont have that phone no more because some has great knoweldge and that much intelligences to keep hacking all my phones that i keep replacing and i keep trying to get in the 53 bank.app and changing my information and they decided or hacker decided to keep changing my password they have poor services always ignoring my phone calls if there was a option i would only give them 0 because their services really sucks.

Poor customer service, each time I have to go and particularly in the drive thru. Blinds are kept down, they don’t greet you, and it’s common to be ignored.

I have been with a Credit Union for the last 8 years and I am transitioning to Fifth Third sue to moving. Any needs or someone to work with i recommend Victor. He is super helpful and very honest. Great first impression of this bank!!
