It's hard to put in the words how incredible this market is. Part atrium with beautiful plants, part shopping center for groceries and deli, chocolate station, with wine and beer tasting center. If you are 21 and up grab a glass and enjoy your drink freely as you grocery shop. Plus there is an open seating next to a stage that offers live music on Friday and Saturdays. This is definitely the place to stop in, browse and enjoy your time. 5 out of 5!

Oasis on a cold winter day! Free coffee and one free trial of a salt water taffy or a caramel. Sunny and bright! The first photo here that pops up in google maps does it NO justice, can you change it to reflect the huge greenhouse you see upon walking up? They also added an outdoor eating area in the back that is so on trend and cute in summer! They had some wasp traps that were helpful for the wasp problem. We love Horrocks for a special treat. Update: wicked thai soup is amazing but the lobster bisque is terrible.

A different kind of one-stop-shop, we regularly get fruits, veggies and meat here (a long with a cup of free coffee) but also visit their greenhouse on occasion. It can be fun browsing the wide variety of beer and if it's around meal time the deli sandwich and soup are a good option. Although I don't eat it much, my son also enjoys their sushi often. A couple of different seating areas provide nice spots to sit and chat with friends and the employees have always been helpful.

Even though Horrock’s has great products, produce and floral… I continually have poor customer service. Anything from Rude and snotty cashiers, rude and lazy outdoor plant people who will not get out of your way in an aisle and one time I heard a woman go on and on about her personalProblems the entire time I was selecting plants. I know good employees are still difficult to find. Perhaps Horrock’s should focus on better managerial supervision and customer service training.

My family has shopped Horrocks for 3 generations--Lansing, Ionia and Kentwood. We travel all over MI a lot. I am disappointed by the pricing the past 5 years. I shop for deals on produce and Wine. Good selection of gluten free foods in the freezer depts. The deli, soups ans Gelato debts are good. I didn't care for the sausage I bought out if the special butcher case.

A wonderful grocery market. A little higher in price than a big box store, but not much, and not on all things.Much better produce, meat, cheese and beer and wine selections. Daily hot soup and ready-to-eat deli selections are incredible. Freshly made popcorn of all types everyday. Fairly large selection of different roasts of bulk coffee beans. Freshly made gelatto. In-store beer and wine bar - and you can drink while you shop. Live music on fairly regular basis. Pretty nice garden center. If you're shopping for just the staples, go to a big box store for economy, but if you're looking for specific items for a recipe, look for them here. They'll probably be about the same price, but much better quality. And they have stuff that you simply won't find in a big box store.

Horrocks Market has once again proven why they are a gem in the Grand Rapids metro area. They are the only place around that stocks Prairie Farms' premium Pineapple Upside Down Cake ice cream, a personal favorite of mine. I had requested Horrocks to include this particular flavor in their stock, and to my delight, it was on the shelf by the following week. This experience has truly reinforced my appreciation for Horrocks Market. Their willingness to listen to their customers and implement their suggestions is commendable. Thank you, Horrocks Market, for your exceptional customer service and for making this ice cream lover's dream come true!

Fun eclectic market that offers a lot of things that are hard to find elsewhere. Drink a beer or grab some soup while you shop. Lots of great options for alcohol and candy as well as gelato, fresh baked goods, and popcorn. You'll always find something new here, it's a great place to find a gift for the foodie in your life.

What a wonderful experience shopping in this fun and fascinating market. It is shopping and entertainment combined. A soup bar, a wine and beer bar, flowers, plants, apparel, fresh popcorn and so many exotic items. Love it!

My daughter thought I was crazy to want to take my granddaughters to a “grocery store”. But I knew from the pictures they would really like it and I was not disappointed. So much to see, smell, and eat. Just the wonderful smell of the freshly made popcorn was heavenly. So many candy selections as well as the many flavors of macarons. Worth the trip alone. After walking through the market and garden center we each picked something for lunch and ate outside in the beer garden. Will definitely go again.
