September 12th or 13th went over there asking for an alignment, the techs were sitting on their phone and the place was empty I thought I was good, he looked at the back end of my rusty but trusty Chevy and said it's too rusty, the frames falling apart, can't do it.. I didn't say anything. I just left. A little bit of time pass till today..10 /14/25
So I just now finished replacing all my shocks, brakes, wheel bearings, stab links, inner and outter tie rods and everything myself, then took it to Firestone on the beltline, they aligned it, no problem... those guys in Monroe just wanted to be lazy that day

I've needed an oil change for weeks but the service center I used was closed down. I had to decide on using another place or or find another Monro. I saw this one as I was passing by and decided to stop and see if there was time and room for an oil change and they had my car in a bay 5 minutes later. Awesome service.

They charged another $36 on top of the $69 Groupon- plus the first time I went in they couldn’t take me so had to make an appointment to come back. I could’ve just done a regular Valvoline Groupon for less and had it done the same day.

Horrible experience! Paid $69.99 on Groupon but was charged $110 after hidden fees. Ten minutes later, my low oil pressure light came on—my car was over 2 quarts low! Another shop added oil for free and documented it. Called Monro for a refund, was told to wait for a manager call—never happened. Unsafe, unprofessional, and I’ll never go back.

This auto service place is good at helping any issues you may have on your car! I have come here a few times now to get my car looked at, they have always done an amazing job letting me know what's wrong without trying to sell me anything.
