I’m a regular here for cat food. It always saddens me to see all the Betta fish in cups! Bettas need at least 5 gallons of heated water since they’re tropical fish. I’ve seen so many sick, sad Bettas here that would have such a better life in a tank. Petsmart can do better than this!

The cursor service is good, but some employees lack knowledge about start is on display. It's not a big deal, but it could be useful to have, let's say, a detailed printed brochure or booklet for fish on display. The store is nice and clean. The prices or deals could be better.

They need more options for small and extra small puppies (clothes, food, etc). I shouldn't have to go to Home Goods or Walmart to get all the things that I need for my fur babies. It is called PetSmart 🤷🏿♀️

The lady name was Amanda that i encounterd a problem with last night. She was extremely rude for no reason. She had an attitude and was being rude to me in front of other customers when she was in the wrong. I am extremely upset because she embarrassed me in front of other's with her condensing behavior. This lady has to be new because she overlooked my credit card payment on my recipes and argued me down about the form of payment I used. I will not be returning to this store thanks to her. The lady Nani had great customer service. She was able to fix the return and get me out without any conflict. Thank you Nani for your help

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE. I promise it will be worth your time to find any other place in the area to take your dog. They are unprofessional and the services done on my dog looked like they were done by a 5 year old. Dropped my Golden retriever off at 9:30am and over 3 hours had passed so I called to ask for an ETA and was told he’d be done in about an hour. I then received a call an hour later letting me know that they were not able to give him a cut and only able to give him a bath and brush. How does it take 4 hours for a bath and brush? Not only that, but I was originally paying about $104 and was still charged $92! $92 for a bath and brush??? You absolutely lost a repeat customer today. Wanted to tell them I wasn’t paying that, but I had decided I was no longer dealing with these people and that was enough.

When I asked a trainer a question another one jumped in and told me I have to pay for a class before they will tell me anything. There prices are always higher then other places and the employees are not nearly as friendly or knowledgeable as the employees at pet supply's plus. Pet smart has always been more in it for the money then in it for helping customers out unless ur paying for there information.

Made eye contact with several people in the store who didn’t seem to want to help me find what I was looking for. I was ultimately able to find about half of what I wanted but had to go to Petco to find the other half of what I needed.
They carry 1/4 of what I need for my dog and 1/2 of what I need for my reptiles, so I’ll be making the extra trip to Petco where they’re actually somewhat helpful.

While on a pet-friendly getaway with our dog, we came to this pet-smart location to purchase a harness for him.
The store wasn't busy during the day time and the store associates were super friendly.
We found a high-quality well-built harness for our dog. The checkout process was fairly quick. Clean and tidy facilities.

They aren't very friendly about answering questions on fish and I had to go back 4 times with dead fish before I finally got some that lived.
