What a joke of a bank! For all entrepreneurs looking to take risk and run a successful business stay away from them. They’ll close your account once they see heavy traffic and will not give a reason. I will make sure that none of my friends or family will ever bank with them again.

The atm machine was unable to accept/ process a simple 4 100$ bill deposit and then when I had entered the lobby to inform the staff the machine wasn’t working properly the male staff member was incredibly rude. Questioning the legitimacy of my bills even though the machine inside proved him wrong.

I have had a personal account here for years. After they had asked a hundred times I moved my business account over around 3 weeks ago. Yesterday at 4:07 pm on Sunday March 8th I tried to deposit 2 checks totaling 2383.63$ through their ATM. The machine didnt read them and obviously was broke and didnt return them when I clicked return check. I thought no big deal I would go in this morning and they can pop the machine find my checks and deposit them. When I went into the bank this morning the branch manager told me "We won't open the ATM for just anyone". We have to file a dispute and it will take 10 business days. He admitted he could open and look but refused to do so. Stating it would take up to 10 days before I would even have an answer. I am sorry I have had this happen at other banks and they never had a problem finding my checks or resolving my problem quickly. Unfortunately I have had to get the police department involved at this point. Have wasted hours on this, unnecessary anxiety and consternation with no answers other than a "sorry about your luck"

There is a tall women she is super professional and helpful in this PNC. However today I went there and asked some questions, the banker didn't give me any helpful information, so I called online banking. Online banking said my local PNC should have seen the problem in their system and I need to go to the local PNC again. I told online banking that I already been there and the banker said she didn't see anything wrong with my account and everything was fine! I ended up went to another PNC and got my problem solved, it turns out that my bank account was inactive!! How can you not see that in the system??!! In addition to that, the banker Kayleigh Darga even gave me wrong swift code, when I go to another PNC, they corrected the wrong number for me.
