Prior to me visiting any Sallys Beauty Store I’ve always heard stories of how racist they are & how they’re always profiling. Let me just say any story/rumour I have heard I have now deemed as true!!! Not even 5 seconds entering a very packed Sallys the worker instantly approached me a black woman out of SEVERAL other shoppers & asked me did I need help with anything I told her “not at the moment; it’s my first time here, just looking around” & she proceeded to follow me around as I needed her assistance 😒 left me alone for a minute then ANOTHER worker approached me with the same statement 😂 it’s 2025 nobody cares to steal from a beauty supply store with low quality items with top dollar value; get better workers!!

Went in there on Wednesday 2/12 and the employee there at the time was incredibly helpful and kind. I told her what I was trying to do with my hair and she made recommendations and walked me right to where the products were. My hair turned out fantastic and just the blonde I wanted! Thank you!

Lori forgot she was in customer service. She was cordial until I started asking questions about the products, then I realized that I knew more than her. Proceeded to make my selection and pay when there was a price discrepancy. She wasn't mentally equipped to handle such an issue and called a young lady over that had no idea what was going on and she replied well that's the price. I disagreed and showed her where I made my selection and her response is that they don't belong there. WELL THEN DON'T STOCK THEM THERE UNDER THE WRONG PRICE TAG OR SELL THEM AT THE PRICE DISPLAYED. NOT DOUBLE. Luckily I noticed prior to making the purchase. Good luck here

They have a very small section for black hair care products and they never have it stocked. Very disappointing makes you feel like you don't even want black people shopping there.

When me and my dad went in the tall lady with the bad bob and glasses started to follow my dad and after we asked her for a specific item the short one at the register left the register and started to linger in the isles behind and in front of us tryna act slick. We let the lady at the register know that she can tell her coworker we weren't tryna steal after we checked out. Weird ladies.

The sales associate had no clue about any of the products that Sally’s carries. I had questions about hair and nail products that, I had to look up for each product that I was interested in buying.

I did find what I needed and received assistance with that. However checking out the customer service sucked. She seemed put out to do her job and I didn’t get a returned thank you!

This is the 3rd time I’ve verified what time they are open until only to drive all the way there from Hastings and find they are closed!I’ll stick with the real professional supply houses from now on !

Store closes at 7 instead of 8. I think it was the manager who closed the door and locked it right in front of our faces before we entered.
On website has different hours than the store. This needs to be fixed by Sally’s.

Great staff are always super helpful at recommending products and helpful with steering you in the right direction when you're not sure what the best product is for what you are trying to accomplish. Thanks guys! :-)

The employees literally followed me around the store. Trying to act as if they were working!! Myself and another lady was in the store but they chose to babysit me!! I go there often and did not appreciate it. I will not be returning anytime soon!!

I CAME HERE LAST TIME and asked the lady for 30 DEVELOPER and she gave me 20 developer and my hair came out orange when I wanted brown ??
