Can't match stain to save their life. Took the sample wood that they did to a different Sherwin Williams and the guy there said it looked like a bunch of 5 year Olds did it. The other Sherwin Williams was able to get it matched properly

Very helpful and knowledgeable - had some difficulties with stain and paint at the big box store, on two different occasions the people at Sherman Williams were very friendly and polite and helped me with my issues. I will continue getting paint and stain from Sherman Williams - may be a bit more expensive, but their products seem superior and the helpful staff make it worth it.

This was my first time coming to a Sherwin Williams and I needed guidance. I knew the colors I wanted, but had questions about which sheens would be best suited for our project and so on. The man "helping" me smirked at every question I asked and made me feel stupid for not knowing the answers already. I recommend a different location if you need advice.

Horrible Custom Color Policy!! I asked them if they can match Behr colors. They should have said “no”, because they CANNOT. I asked for Behr Sultana, a light, ashy purple-grey, and they gave me Barney the Dinosaur Magenta. When I brought the can back, they offered me 50% off a new can. What stops them from giving you green when you ask for blue and shrugging and offering 50%? I will never shop here again. Also $100 for a gallon of paint? Go somewhere else.

I needed to have some new trim stained to match my dated red oak. The technician did a great job and took all the guesswork out of the process for me. Also, the prices were cheaper than the other store I called.

Their color was so far off I have to spend $2500 to have the painters redo the job. Sherwin WIlliam's response is that "We would be able to get the color close but not exact." My wife and I are in disbelief that bright yellow and lite olive green are that close and acceptable. Our contractor called Sherwin Williams to get it corrected and there was no resolution by Sherwin Williams.

Very nice and helpful staff. I was in and out in under 10 mins with the exact shade of lilac I had previously in the bathroom (that I'm remodeling right now). Highly recommend.
