Always use ups to drop usps packages. Tried this location because I was in the area. 1 week later and my package hasn’t been scanned and is seemingly missing.

I use this as a drop off place for USPS and UPS prepaid. Usually fast and friendly! In particular there is a young lady, I believe her name is Dominique, always smiling and always happy to help me.

It is Saturday, 5/31. The store hours are 8:30 - 2:00 p.m.. Apparently the posted hours are just a suggestion? One employee showed up on time, but he didn't have a key. He tried to call someone and then went and sat in his car in the parking lot. No explanation as to whether he had reached anyone. The employee with the key showed up to open at 8:50 a.m. It was 47 degrees out and there was a line of people shivering waiting to get in the store and trying to understand. 5 people simply left while waiting for the store to open and said they would come back later or go to an alternative drop off site.

This store has always shown me amazing customer service. Their employees are Friendly. They will go out of your way to assist you. I’m disabled and they’ve always had no problem going that extra mile for me.

I have been going to this UPS Store for years and really never had a problem maybe a little wait but not a big deal. Employees apologized for the wait. Now when I go into this store the employees are rude, they don't speak to you, really just want the customer gone. I have worked in retail for years and I believe that customer service is a big part of what makes a business. I will be looking for another place to drop my packages off.

Very good service. For as busy as it gets every day, they do very well under pressure. This location specifically does a really good job.

I literally have one good experience at this particular store out of five visits. I will make a point to visit the other UPS stores in the area that actually over deliver on their service. The store could learn from some of the other ones that thrive in the area.
