Purchased a table with 4 chairs and only got 2 with it on pick up date now i got told i gotta wait a month for 2 more chairs and they dont know how to answer phones just terrible

The customer service at this place is awful. I went in to buy a rug and told the salesperson which one. He ordered me the wrong one and when it was delivered to my house, I had to load it up and take it back. I struggled with how heavy it was and they just watched me haul it in and told me to take it to the back of the store. It was their fault and yet I was forced to take 2 hours out of day and carry a very heavy 5 × 9 rug to the back without any help and without any apology for what they did. Terrible manners. Just awful.

Ordered a table and chairs set, wouldn't be ready for a month. Not a problem, but the email comes in saying it’s ready. Show up, wait around to be helped and someone does. Only to come back around a half hour later to ask if we have been helped yet (same person) and say yea the table and chairs? Oh! They say..We have the chairs but no table. What? It can be here in 2 weeks. Person calls and lies saying there was a delay in materials (they don’t make their furniture) and every person we spoke to has been rude. Brandon the sales person has been the only one kind and understanding.
