After the attitude I was given at this location about a mileage sticker that I came back for after not receiving one….I can unfortunately no longer trust valvoline oil changes, even if most technicians are good. I have no way of knowing if he put a note in my file (since I pushed back on his attitude) that could cause a technician to behave unethically at future visit.

The tenant that checked us in was knowledgeable, appreciated that. Speedy service and congenial employees. I specifically asked them to reset my oil light when done and was told it happened, only for it to light up. Otherwise my review would have been a 5star. Sorry boys!
