Idk what is up with your new blonde tech but she's having more fun then doing her work. I've been five days off my bipolar meds. This is not cool. Especially waiting in line 20 minutes to be told they have lunch when no one else was around and I am mega sick, unable to get out of bed, shouldn't be driving, and your techs could give a rats tail about their job. If you're not there to fill pills and help society, then maybe you are in the wrong job. I love my job. Upsets me when I see folks in a career as such and won't even play the part. I expect her attitude from a fast food worker who hates their job. I never had an issue with Walgreens in over 15 years. You need to hire some new folk who actually love people and want to work their job. Have some damn kindness. You're working for the public.
The pharmacy is always a big help and I appreciate the last minute refills during the Holiday seasons! I have to leave out of state and they helped me out a lot by getting it filled in the next hour. I know they can't always do this but it rocks they did! Thank you!

I’m sick and tired of Walgreens at any location in Grand Rapids Kentwood. Their ppl are not trained and are very rude do not care ppl are sick. If they are out of a medication they will not call you to let you know. If the medication instructions are messed up they do not call the provider to see what’s wrong. They just wait for the customer to come pick up the medication to tell them that the medication is messed up or out of stock. Just went there today to pick up some medication because I have the flu. The guy at the register said that was insurance has been expired since 2021. The year I got the insurance. My insurance is through my employer it comes out my paycheck. I literally just used the same card at Foresthills foods pharmacy and I just had a baby May of 2024 so how is it expired in 2021. There is always something with Walgreens. Walgreens should have closed instead of rite aid

This pharmacy is terrible. Went to grab an important prescription, waited in a line for about a half hour got up there and was told to come back in a half hour. Came back got belittled and gas lit being told my doctor was the problem, that theres nothing they can do and how it isnt their fault. My doctor had sent the prescription to that location A WEEK AGO. Highly discourage anyone from using this location.

Worst pharmacy ever. Unprofessional,
younger usually ethnic counter help stay having attitudes. middle aged blonde female pharmacist thinks she's your Doctor. She tries to tell you how and when to take your Dr. Prescribed medications which always contradicts your Dr's instructions, she won't fill/refill your prescription if she feels its being refilled too soon, after the Dr. Said fill it. This woman treats you so disrespectfully, until you come into the pharmacy to check her, then she runs behind an isle in the back of the pharmacy. The male manager over the pharmacy is weak and lets the pharmacists do whatever they like. I've called their 800 number numerous times to register complaints. I have yet to hear from the regional director or anyone.
Because of how horrible they treat their customers, long drive thru lines, and pharmacy constantly being closed due to no pharmacist on duty. Regardless if you need your life threatening medication. If it's in a particular medicine class you can't go to another pharmacy to get your desperately needed medication. Very poor customer service. I took all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This rating is not due to service because service cannot be successful if the department is not well staffed. The service is not good because of staffing and maybe training. Delays on timely refills, getting texts that prescriptions are ready then finding out after a trip to pick up and no prescription ready, going to pick up and your insurance is not on file when you know that you updated it last visit.

Trying to call pharmacy is useless as their phone systems hang up on you, poor customer service.

Horrible pharmacy. Six months ago my prescriptions were transferred here from the Rite-Aid across the street. In that time they have consistently delayed refills, taken almost a month to fill my Paxlovid when I got Covid (It might have been longer as I told them to forget it because Paxlovid has to be taken within 4 days of testing positive). They have messed up my insurance coverage so that they charged me retail but did not tell me that the coverage was denied because they filled it too early (I did not prompt them to refill it). Their automated system is a mess. When I wanted a refund because they screwed up my coverage they just rudely told me to call the 800 line. I called and was advised that the hold time was 53 minutes! Their customer service line is a mess too!!!! I think that this is my first one star review and it is well deserved by this Walgreens. HORRIBLE!!! (I transfered to Meijer today so to save $200 they just lost thousands of dollars of trade).

if i could give it less than 1 star i would, nobody knows what’s going on, it takes 30 mins to an hour to pick up a prescription not because of lines, but because everyone who works in there are not trained properly, the front cashiers do better at their job than the pharmacy, avoid this place

Stopped in to have some prints made and work on lightening up some images. The morning team not just in the photo department were super accommodating and a delight to interact with. The entire team made a lasting impression and it was a great experience. The woman in the photo department was a gem to work with and I will recommend everyone come here for photos. Thanks again team. Merry Christmas ?

Staff made it feel like a small town pharmacy experience. Personable and professional. Jimmy gave a warm welcome and great checkout experience. Vera provided above and beyond customer service.

Terrible pharmacy service. My Doctor sent in a new prescription after my physical and Walgreens started to fill it, but after a one week delay, they are now claiming that they never got the prescription. Can you tell me how that makes ANY sense? No wonder there is a prescription medication shortage when a pharmacy starts to fill prescriptions that the never received from the Doctor.

Horrible experience. They have 0 respect for people’s time. Even with a schedule appointment, people are expected to wait 30-40 minutes over the schedule time.

Prices are so high they're ridiculous. I went there to buy a battery for my key fob. 10 dollars for a single CR2032. Went to Staples and they have the same battery for $2.18. I'll never go back to Walgreens. Everything is so much more expensive. I'll stick to Amazon.
