if i could give it less than 1 star i would, nobody knows what’s going on, it takes 30 mins to an hour to pick up a prescription not because of lines, but because everyone who works in there are not trained properly, the front cashiers do better at their job than the pharmacy, avoid this place

Stopped in to have some prints made and work on lightening up some images. The morning team not just in the photo department were super accommodating and a delight to interact with. The entire team made a lasting impression and it was a great experience. The woman in the photo department was a gem to work with and I will recommend everyone come here for photos. Terrible pharmacy service. My Doctor sent in a new prescription after my physical and Walgreens started to fill it, but after a one week delay, they are now claiming that they never got the prescription. Can you tell me how that makes ANY sense? No wonder there is a prescription medication shortage when a pharmacy starts to fill prescriptions that the never received from the Doctor.

Horrible experience. They have 0 respect for people’s time. Even with a schedule appointment, people are expected to wait 30-40 minutes over the schedule time.

Prices are so high they're ridiculous. I went there to buy a battery for my key fob. 10 dollars for a single CR2032. Went to Staples and they have the same battery for $2.18. I'll never go back to Walgreens. Everything is so much more expensive. I'll stick to Amazon.

We needed to pick up a Rx, but the Pharmacy was closed with no sign saying to Lunch. Only a sign stating that the closest Pharmacy was at Plainfield and 4-Mile. There were 5 people waiting and didn't know about the Lunch Closer.

Be aware the store closes 5 minutes early and the manager will give you attitude.I was at the store 05534 at 9:55pm and they were locking their doors. I was there and then walked back to my car shocked they were closed since it wasn't 10pm. I decided to try to get the milk I needed so I turned back to ask a question and they said they were closed, I asked why it's it was only 9:56 (at that time). I said all I needed was Milk, the manager said they would let me get it only if I paid with a card. I said that's fine. As I walked back I asked the manager why they were closing early and they said it's ten, I said no it's not it's 9:56. She said it's because they are tired. I rang out at 9:57. Leaving the parking lot at 9:58 the lights were off.

Not my favorite location in general, but this last experience ensured we won't be back. HORRIBLE pharmacy experience. Tried to drop off a prescription for pain meds on the way home from a significant surgery. We were there at 8pm. Sign said they closed at 10. We were rudely informed they were closing at 9 and would not be able to fill the prescription till after 11am the following day! No compassion or even a shred of understanding from staff. Simply refused to help. Don't waste your time.

Made appointments for me and my kids to get vaccines. Waited through all 3 appointment times and still no vaccine for anyone. Why make appointments if you can't keep them? It wasn't even very busy.

Show up at the drive thru at 9 pm on Wednesday Lights out and the sign on the drive thru window say closed but the hours listed until 10 pm except say Saturday and Sunday closed at 6 pm.Bad business practices. I'm switching to Amazon Pharmacy!

Had to wait 10 minutes to be waited on at photo. Then she says "what's your last name?". I was there for a passport photo, not to pick up photos. She then said we are not currently taking them. Then like she had to think about it...our camera doesn't work. Whatever. Terrible customer sevice

I've waited for a call informing me of a prescription called in two days ago! I tried calling the 60th & Kalamazoo and their number doesn't work! Is Walgreens even obligated to call when a prescription is ready??

Scheduled Covid vaccines for 2 children. 1st person behind the counter said they didn’t have them. Another said. “Yes, we do.” As of now, we have berm waiting for 50 minutes. The kids came with their little bags of ice to numb their arms & a treat for afterwards . They’re now half asleep and the ice has long since melted. This is unacceptable.

More people need to be hired. I feel so bad for the pharmacists who work there. They are very overworked. It took 7 days to fill one of my newer prescriptions after switching insurance. All of the progress I made while taking those meds are now GONE and I had bad withdrawal symptoms. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with the amount of time it takes to communicate with my insurance or my doctor.
