I've been using Walgreens Pharmacy for over 15 years now. This location is a breath of fresh air when I moved up here. The staff are always full of energy and incredibly kind.

Not my favorite location in general, but this last experience ensured we won't be back. HORRIBLE pharmacy experience. Tried to drop off a prescription for pain meds on the way home from a significant surgery. We were there at 8pm. Sign said they closed at 10. We were rudely informed they were closing at 9 and would not be able to fill the prescription till after 11am the following day! No compassion or even a shred of understanding from staff. Simply refused to help. Don't waste your time.

This place has no workers ever and I had to leave my stuff cause they were all "busy" with something. Don't go there, better to go to your nearest grocery store than Walgreens.

Super rude staff. Giving attitude over a transfer. That's what you are there for and getting paid for. I worked in a pharmacy previously and am a level 3 state licensed pharmacy technician. There is NO NEED to be so rude and unprofessional.

Every place and everyone is busy, period! I went to pick up a prescription for my grandson today and my daughters insurance was not in the system yet. The pharmacist and the lady on the phone at the drive up were phenomenal! I am so appreciative at the time they took to help me get that prescription filled. Poor Costumer service has been an issue everywhere but today I found the best customer service ever! Thank you.

This location auto filled my meds a couple days before I needed/could get to them they put them back I called to have the refilled a 2nd time to try to get to them they said they'd fill it I called 3 hours early the day of picking them up to make sure they'd be there when I'd be there they said yes I go there I wait 20 minutes in line for them to tell me they didn't have a single one filled out of 3 prescriptions I loved going here for the easy refills on my app but this is the 3rd time I've gone to get my meds and they haven't been ready so now I have to go a night without important medicine thank you walgreens.

So disappointed in Walgreens for the last year. Waited on the phone 40 minutes to be helped and was hung up on. Asked to speak with a manager and conveniently they don’t have either right now. But I can leave a message with someone and they can get back to me next week. What?!? I have a problem today. Sad that there is no one for the store staff to reach out to for assistance. Not enough staff and no one at the corporate level to help. Such a huge corporation with no support for frontline staff.
