I did not purchase my spa here, but they are who I call to work on it since the other store went out of business. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because they are a bit pricy and have a pretty significant mark up on their parts. That said, they charge (again pricy) a flat fee and then by the hour to come out and work on your spa. So I had them come out, drain my tub, replace the electronics and in turn sell me the valve I needed that has been broken for years. Other hot tub places would sell me "the right" valve and it was always wrong and didn't work. They found the right one in minutes and mailed it to, and didn't try to cheat me. When it came in the mail They told me how to install it (it was easy) and now it works! They parts department is knowledgeable and helps you find the problem. So all in all I am pleased with their services and would recommend them.

A month or so ago we contacted Watson’s requesting warranty coverage for what we feel was a premature failure of the cover for our Bullfrog hot tub. We were admittedly starting to get a little frustrated after exchanging several emails and phone calls with seemingly little progress being made (Watson’s kept telling us they were waiting for a decision from the supplier). However earlier this week we were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Watson’s advising us to come in to pick up the replacement cover. And when we did what really surprised me, and very pleasantly so, was to see a statement on the invoice of “Approved cover claim because cover mfr was taking too long.” Now THAT’S what I call absolutely outstanding customer service!! And outstanding customer service seems to be all but impossible to experience nowadays. So I’d just like to thank whoever it is at Watson’s that went above-and-beyond to keep us satisfied with our purchase. They will definitely maintain our future business as a result, and of course we’ll be sharing this very positive experience with our friends as well. Thank you Watson’s!!

Had some issues with our hot tub (brand new owners). Service guy (Rich) was super helpful and spent extra time with me to give some good pointers and instructions. He was very helpful and got us up and running.Initially the hot tub was just delivered and a manual handed to us. It was overwhelming trying to figure it all out.

From the phone call about a broken lock bar, to the pick up and install questions I was very pleased with everything. People were pleasant, friendly and everyone smiled and said thank you.A little disappointed when I went to remove the twelve screws that hold the hinge in place and realized that the install guys stripped out three of the holes when they put them in. The other nine should hold it fine.I had one other warranty experience a few months after getting our spa. The service was fast and performed well by s very personable technician. I’ll continue to do business with Watsons and I do recommend them.

Ronda was great wasn’t trying to sell me anything as we hate salespeople. I came in there telling her we don’t like salesman and she let me do my thing and did as I asked. She just educated me about the product like I asked. I knew what brand I wanted but needed to know more and she showed me everything about the brand. Then I brought my husband back and she educated him on the ins and outs of the hot tub. We have had many hot tubs in the past so we knew all the issues you have with hot tubs and this new one is very more efficient. Which is great for us especially with the maintenance you have to do every so often. She came in on her day off to see us and help us. I highly recommend seeing Ronda she is great! Made the whole experience pleasant start to finish.

A very professional and pleasant experience with Watson’s. The pricing on the pool heater we ordered was better than anything on the internet plus a better warranty. Nice I didn’t have to give Amazon more of my cash!

Called and was on hold for 10min before deciding to stop into the store instead.The salesman started to help me then asked me to hold so he could answer an important call…it was regarding his pizza & pop order.Then after an unsuccessful attempt to find what I was looking for said I was better off online.This is what will have shops close down. Poor customer service that will have people shopping online instead.

I just bought a sofa today, so I don't actually have it yet. They didn't have a huge selection of sofas, but they did have one that my husband and I decided to buy. Jeff, the sales person, was nice and helpful. Other employees there were nice as well. I can't say (yet) how the delivery went.

We went into Watsons looking for outdoor patio furniture. The selection was great and our rep Kevin was very knowledgeable on the inventory in store. He helped us navigate what we were looking for at a reasonable price! Highly recommend Kevin and this Watson’s location!

Update:2) Bought more patio furniture during a sale, and learned that once you pay, they may or may not actually have items they say are in stock at the local warehouse. Now you get to wait for it to ship from Dayton, and then you get to wait for them to add you to their glacially slow delivery service. The patio furniture they sell is 5 stars, which is why I keep going back. The service and sales integrity need improvement.******1) Helpful salespeople without a pesky gnat presence you get in other stores as you browse. I visited several times and they have high quality patio furniture from a wide variety of manufacturers. I spent hours looking at fabrics before ordering. Days after, I changed my order and they were very accommodating. Very easy to work with. I'm very happy with the results.

We are very happy with the purchase of the bullfrog spa. Our family enjoys it every time.Thanks to Max for his great customer service and his knowledge on understanding what we were looking for.We definitely recommend anyone to get a spa.

I'm between 3 and 4 stars and gave it 4 stars because the install people were great and got the pool up quickly, and it looks great. Our sales person was also super nice and somewhat knowledgeable. One thing that was definitely a negative was when the office called to set the install date, we talked about our underground sprinkling. We were told that they were great and would move the water hose so we could relocate it. When I talked to the gentleman who leveled out the ground he made it perfectly clear he would not do that and if he hit it, he hit it and it was up to us to get it fixed. Had that been said upfront, I would not have been slightly upset when he showed up and told me that day. I would have had it moved before he got there. The other thing is when the dump truck dropped off the sand on our driveway the guy who did the ground leving in a Bob Cat said he had to charge us $25 to move the sand (less than 150 feet) and if he happened to destroy the driveway (he didn't) it was on us to get it fixed. In the end, the pool looks great, and I can't wait to use it. Just make sure you ask any and all questions and make sure you verify the answers given.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE. We purchased a couch in November 2021. The couch broke very soon after we purchased. We are STILL waiting for help with this defective couch. We either don't get a reply to calls, voicemails, emails or we get fed a bunch of BS that does not help us get any closer to a repair or an exchange. I have attached pictures for reference, this is from us just sitting on the seat.We filed with the BBB this week and they are working with us, but I want to prevent any other people from purchasing anything from them. I know furniture is stupidly expensive but please don't be tempted by their prices.-Brittny & Joe Savasta

Very professional staff. Frank in sales answered all our questions and delivered early on his promises. Matt Mitchell who delivered the spa was very helpful and took his time to make sure it was placed exactly how we wanted it. I would highly recommend Watson’s for your next spa purchase.
