This pharmacy is very unprofessional! Their pharmacy staff really needs some serious training on how to deal with the public. More than once I have witnessed a few different techs be very rude and condescending to customers. One specifically one by the name of Jennifer has been very rude and nasty to customers on more than one occasion when I have been in the store. So much so that I made sure to step over and read her name tag. It really gives your store a bad look and definitely reminds me why I don’t get my prescriptions from CVS.

Jennifer in the pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with her unnecessary attitude and snide remarks. I don’t know how she still holds a position there. Today, after words were exchanged AGAIN, the pharmacist corrected her publicly AGAIN. How many times do you have to complain before they rid of her? I’m not sure but we’ll find out!

★★★☆☆ Friendly Service, but Prescription System Needs Work
The staff here are always friendly and helpful, which is appreciated. However, we’ve had multiple instances where prescriptions that were ready didn’t show up in their system. This issue isn’t unique to this location—it has happened at another CVS store in Clinton Township where we were longtime customers. It seems to be a problem with CVS’s system rather than the employees. Overall, good service, but it’s a good idea to double-check if you’re expecting a prescription.

Cashier got mad at us for not know the card number attached to the phone number we used. Then because she was wearing so much perfume, both my fiancé and I had to use our inhalers because we had asthma attacks. Will not be coming back to this location.

I am over 70 years old and I have gotten many medications in the past. I do a lot of traveling so for convenience I used Walgreens at many locations. All of them were different as to how they processed my scripts. I have an excellent secondary co-pay also. They never wanted to go thru the time to process it for my financial benefit. Many of them just told me that my insurance only paid the certain amount which I new better. 85 percent of the time I had to wait for them to process it correctly. I switched to Meijers. When I picked up my meds, they made me wait for over 20 minutes or come back the next day for my secondary co-pay to be approved. Most of the time I just paid it out of pocket so that I wouldn't have to come back. CVS has their act together! They have been very helpful and professional in making sure it was done to my satisfaction.

The manager of this store looks grumpy but, he’s super nice ?? Always greets me! The woman that checked me out was super nice and helpful with my coupons!

Everybody, we have delt with in the Pharmacy is rude, mostly the older lady, who we believe is the actual pharmacist , there automated system is garbage, it is set up to reroute a caller until you give up or keep playing the option game, Instead of connecting the individual to the pharmacy. Unfortunately one of the insurances we use has to go through CVS Pharmacy, otherwise we would never go to a cvs again.
