Kevin called us back within 5 mins of making an inquiry about a car, on a Sunday afternoon. He answered all of our questions then and within 2 days we had purchased the car. It took longer for the shipping company to find someone to deliver it to us than for the buying process. However, once the car was picked up it was at our house the very next evening and Kevin kept in touch the whole way.
