Went in today and asked for help finding a nut. Apparently asking for help is not encouraged by all employees. Two of the three employees who were standing around made comment about how it “must be nice to be so rich to not know what an acorn nut is”. Thankfully the nicer gentleman who helped us was able to quickly find that they didn’t have the size we needed. The staff should not made rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional assumptions about paying customers. We live close by and would have continued to shop here but rather drive to places who actually appreciate their customers.

Super helpful. Very knowledgeable staff. I was working on a DIY plumbing project and briefly explained to the gentleman what I was doing, and he gave me the exact parts I needed in about 10 seconds. Saved me a bunch of time

Have gone in there twice.. usually about 4 guys standing behind the register. When asked for help..I usually get the point and isle number. Please..go to croswell true value and take lessons on customer service!

I like that they are quick to assist but a little courtesy goes a long way ! if people could walk , look around n shop without feeling followed ; could benefit the store.

Very friendly staff! I love having an Ace right around the corner, it saves me from going into a large home improvement store and not getting any help. They cut some keys for me and they worked perfectly.
