We recently began working with Wadhams Road Animal Clinic after our vet retired. Even though they are a bit understaffed, I have found them to always be very caring and friendly. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. The Vet is top notch and explained my elderly dogs treatment options to relieve her hip and joint pain. Based on his recommendation, my dog has had great success. In a matter of days, she was running around the backyard once again. My dog always hated going to the vet until we started here. Now, it’s like she almost looks forward to going!

ABSOLUTELY Fabulous, Doctor, staff, technicians truly LOVE their profession, they are involved in the the concerns and care of the animals welfare as well as discussing and educating me on the welfare and care and needs of my animals! This clinic was recommended to me and I’m so grateful to have the care I received, I highly recommend this facility for animal care,my care was Nigerian dwarf goats and the new patient care was highly appreciated, thank you Doctor and staff for your professionalism and education!!

Dr. Saunders and his staff cared for our Alaskan Malamute, who was a very difficult dog to deal with when he went to the vet. Dr. Saunders and his staff were always so kind and patient in the 9 1/2 years he was our vet, always just taking it in stride. I could call with concerns or questions and he always took the time to speak with me for advice or assistance, always thoroughly explaining things. When our beloved dog's last day came recently and we were unable to transport him to the office , Dr. Saunders and Glenn came to our home to examine Timber and we had to make the very painful decision to let him go. We are grateful that when the time came he was able to be in his own home. If we ever have any more pets in the future, you can be sure we will be taking them there.

Although Dr Saunders has cared for my moms horses for years we are a new patient to the office. We had our first appt today for our new labradoodle puppy and are really happy we chose Wadhams. From making the appt to the techs working with Charlie to of course Dr Saunders has been great. Dr Saunders took a lot of time with us, answered all questions and gave some very sound advice. His “bedside” manner is great and every staff member there is so kind and caring with the animals. Not to mention how nice Olivia their groomer is , she made a point to say hi to Charlie and set us up for his first spa day! Would highly recommend Wadhams vet and look forward to be customers there for many years!! Thank you Wadhams vet , Xoxo Nicole and Charlie Austin

Doc Saunders and every Technician are outstanding! We have 9 animals that they take care of, 2 giant breed dogs and 7 cats (rescues & strays), and they receive the best care at this facility.

My Libby loves Dr. Eric and his staff. They treated my Libby with tenderness, compassion and professionalism. They helped me understand her issue and put a treatment plan in place to make sure that the issue doesn't reoccur. I highly recommend Dr. Eric and his staff to anyone that is in need of a great vet for their fur-babies.

I had been going there out of convenience and so close to my home. My dog has bad allergies, suggestion was to have him tested and start of therapy to desensitize him to his allergies. I was skeptical because the meds for the it had only had a 30% success rate and very expensive but still did it because Dr Sanders STRONGLY recommended it, needless to say did not help went back and was told to just keep trying because you obviously are not giving it to the dog correctly, not lets see what else we can do or anything. We found a different vet (Wilsons) started on Apoquel and a few changes to his diet and now doing very well. Another issue was I have a cat and was having seizures, we were completely scared and frantic, my cat was having them every 3-5 minutes. I called Dr Sanders and was told sorry we are busy try somewhere else. After many calls we found Wilson Vet got my cat right in through emergency. No questions if established or not, hospitalized for a few days and he is on lifetime meds now but the seizures stopped. That is when we decided to switch all our animals to Wilsons. They care unlike Wadhams. I had to call Wadhams today because we have so few Large Animal vets in my area and was told you are not established with me for the large animal so why would I help you and turn away my good customers. I told him I was trying to establish my cows with him but was told again to call someone else. Horrible vet!!

I don’t recommend this veterinarian clinic at all, my dog has bad anxiety and they require me to pay to put him under just so they can cut his nails. I’ve taken my dog somewhere where he will be loved by his doctor and staff regardless.

We had to say good-bye to our cat Boots yesterday. My experience was perfect. Dr. Saunders was kind and caring along with Glenn. Dr. Saunders has been our veterinarian for 17 years. He has taken care of a few of our past cats too. The staff are kind and caring as well.

Called the office on a Friday and set up appointment. Its one of those places that you tolerate and deal with because there is not a lot of veterinary offices in the county. I wrote down the appointment time and date. Then went into the computer system at work and requested the day off work to drop off animals to have an exam and be tested. These cats are not my pets, they live on my back porch as a result of a negligent neighbor and I just recently had to bury one that is why I made the appointment. I get a phone call today stating that I can no longer utilize their facility due to multiple no call no shows. In my defense that may be the case in the past having not documented the date and missed an appointment but this instance was not a result of my falling short, but rather the short fall of the individual at the clinic on the other end of the phone. Fast forward I get a phone call telling me I missed an appt. to which I state that the appt was for December 9th, to which she responds why would I schedule it that far in advance as the health of the animals is our utmost concern. Uh yea I think you just told me you no longer care about the health of the animals. Completely un accountable, the woman on the phone was out of line and rude to assume she was in no way responsible for the miscommunication, she genuinely made a mistake and would not take accountability for it. Ultimately its the animal that suffers, I was trying to do good by these animals, nobody else is willing to make the investment. More of a corporation than a place of compassion for animals, cold and superficial, thanks for the push away from Animal Don't Care Center I'll go somewhere else without hesitation my money spends just as good else where.
