Reserved a car over a month ahead of time for a one-way drive to an airport while moving. A couple days before our pick-up date, they told us that while they do have cars, they're not willing to rent out cars for a one-way trip anymore. So now we're scrambling trying to figure out how we're going to make our flight home. And it's looking like it's going to be really expensive.It's shameful to make your customers pay for your own incompetence. We'd be in a far better position today if we never even attempted to rent a car from here.

Had some concerns after reading the 2 previous reviews. Became more concern after the inbounding flight got delayed a little bit beyond the posted close time of the business. Called Enterprise customer service several times to make sure there would be someone there to hand us the keys. Was assured that there would be someone there to help us. Sure enough we found a very friendly lady ( forgot her name) behind the counter. Had a nice conversation with Chris when returning the car a few days later. He mentioned that, no matter how late the flights got delayed, they would be there to honor the rental contract. Very much impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond to help out out-of-town travelers who would otherwise have been stranded in the middle of nowhere.

How can this be closed on the weekends? There are flights on the weekend. People need rental cars on the weekend.
