Needed to return my internet equipment -only given a qr code for shipping by company, (Always Ask for a Label if not an Amazon return) as our UPS customer center only scans Amazon qr codes for shipping. Staff was friendly.

Failure to deliver several packages. UPS has returned packages to seller without notifying me, and has held packages at the center for me to pick up. Always some excuse. Online help is automated and of no help.
