This place looks like a big warehouse or a processing plant. It was definitely not what I expected as a "customer center." My package said it was waiting here because it could not be delivered to my post office box. Went in the only door I saw and someone gave me my package. There are no signs that say "customer entrance" or "open." I was thankful that I got my package and that I was served quickly, but some more directional signs around the building would be helpful.

I’m wondering why packages are delivered to my porch in the rain! When Amazon asks where to deliver a package and you answer in the garage, why isn’t that done. Had three items for Christmas ruined cuz they sat in the rain! Now I have to send them back and my grandkids are going to have three less gifts to open! Not very happy that instructions aren’t followed…..

Needed to return my internet equipment -only given a qr code for shipping by company, (Always Ask for a Label if not an Amazon return) as our UPS customer center only scans Amazon qr codes for shipping. Staff was friendly.

Extremely slow when dropping off packages. I would prefer a UPS store in the Iron Mountain / Kingsford area. I only had 4 people in front of me and it took almost an hour to get me taken care of. I had a no box no label return from amazon, the desk person was rude and told me he could get the label but not a box because he was not a store.

Failure to deliver several packages. UPS has returned packages to seller without notifying me, and has held packages at the center for me to pick up. Always some excuse. Online help is automated and of no help.

First of all- don’t bother to call their customer service line- trying to get a real person to talk to requires jumping through more hoops than necessary. If I’m calling customer service it’s because I need help BEYOND what information I can get online. Second, if my package is supposed be delivered and is on a truck- don’t tell me you can’t get it to my house because of “weather” that is occurring 100 miles south of here. Don’t reschedule my delivery for the next day, then tell me you once again can’t deliver because of “weather” that is happening somewhere else. And on top of all that, don’t post that you are going to be open so that when I drive 20 miles to get my package that you can’t deliver because of “weather” only to find a hand written note stating that you are CLOSED! Finally, since you couldn’t deliver for two days because of “weather”, maybe you should rethink being closed on Monday.

We went inside with a package and a code that didn’t work. Instead of sending us away, Lavelle was so kind & patient while helping us figure out what to do. He got it all figured out and our package got shipped out on time.

I was there for a return. Gosh, 4 minutes early but didn't realize it. Man by the door held up his fingers for 5 more minutes.. I'm physically handicapped.. I get hours are their hours but really!!!!

Thought this would be an easy drop off of two pakages.......nope!Ongoing computer problems meant myself and the UPS guyHad to enter all the rated datatook 45 min. Felt bad for the folks behind us who would have to do the same thing. My self and the guy I worked with tried to have fun and make the best of it.
