Mayfield Country Store is a cute little place nestled between Traverse City and Kingsley. It is a pizza and deli with great breakfast, too. The food is awesome and delicious, with surprisingly low prices. Pizzas are big and cheaper than expected for the size, and the Philly Steak & Cheese is the absolute best in the area. Everything there is great. The store also offers beer, wine, liquor, and lotto, along with DNR hunting and fishing licenses. There is a little hardware store in the back and groceries, too. The staff and owners are very friendly, cool, and wonderful, providing great service. Their kindness goes a long way. It is a nice, old country store with a kid-friendly atmosphere, complete with ice cream and pizza that kids love. It is a wonderful place with great food and wonderful people.
