The freezers break down often at the Kingston store. Corporate takes their good old time to properly repair them. It's not the employees fault and yet they have to hear all the complaints. If you try calling the store to find out if the freezers are up and running . . . Good luck, they never answer the phones! Some of the same section of freezers have been out for 5 days or more. If Corporate can't seem to get these fixed properly, they should replace them. They have broken down 4 times since May of this 2024 year.

Ms Shari Racial Discrimination against me was Sickening. Very distasteful and disturbing. I await tomorrow morning to contact Corporate due that today is Holiday

Will never go back to this dollar general. I got done working late and I needed to grab a few necessities for breakfast and lunch for tomorrow for my kids. I walked in and was told very rudly I only had 4 minutes so as I'm trying to run around the store to hurry I hear a yell you only have 1minute left now I'm really trying to hurry and can't even think at the moment because I'm being rushed next I know she's telling I have to close the doors you need to leave now. Really?!?!? I'm a paying customer you really can't give me just one more minute heck 30 seconds. So i left my cart with the stuff I was going to buy and as I'm leaving I ask her name so I know who to talk to the manager about and she rolls her eyes and shakes her head and says I told you I was locking the door at 10pm. Worst experience ever with a employee from one of dollar general stores.

Pop cooler was not working. They had very little cold Pepsi because of this, but lots of other cold pops.
