We just stopped by this Apple stand a few days ago. They had a recipe for one bowl, apple cake, and I tried it today. Its delicious! apples are superb!

They take road side stands to the next level. I love the selection of unique apple varieties. I grabbed a few bags of Hudson Golden Gems, Crimson Crisps, and Antique Macs (from a 125 year old tree!). I can't wait for Ludacrisp season.
