Customer service is amazing, extremely helpful, and welcoming. The owner is very knowledgeable and quick to respond and work on issues. Prices are very reasonable and budget-friendly, offering great value compared to costly large companies. Got my first desktop PC from Ben, had a very positive experience. The turnaround time was very quick. I've had it for a few months now & I love it, no issues to speak of, runs everything smoothly despite being a smaller & more budget-friendly unit. Highly recommend
